EVEN AFTER FINDING OUT SHE WAS A HALF BLOOD, summer was never what Stella would put as her favourite season. Summer meant going to camp half blood for many but since she was young, Stella stayed year round.
It meant staying in Hermes cabin, unclaimed. It meant resenting whoever her godly father was. But it also meant spending time away from her mom and with some of the people that meant most to her.
Until around two years ago. After an accident with a prophecy at camp, Stella left to stay with her mother. Away from the Greek world, hidden by the mist, her only connection being Luke Castellan.
It wasn't until now that her mother was getting worse and she urged her daughter to leave that Stella finally came back to camp.
She didn't know what to think. She finally knew who her godly father was but she still wasn't claimed. She resented him more than ever. She had missed out on a lot and there was even more to find out, but the thing is, was she ready for it?
