More hateful Murmurs began circling between the people
Citizen 2: THAT'S RIGHT, WE CANT TRUST ANY OF YOU, TRAITORS! YOU EXPECT US TO LEAVE DALTON TO YOU?! YOU ALL SURRENDERED TO WAPOL AND TURNED YOUR BACKS ON US!
Citizen 3: WAPOL PROBABLY SENT YOU HERE TO KILL DALTON!
The doctors began removing their masks to show their sincerity.
Doctor 3: Please, if you want to save him, then do as we say! The twenty of us are still doctors even though we are forced to serve wapol against our will. we've always worked to advance our medical research for the benefit of all the patients of this country... it was all because of a certain quack who taught us to never give up. We can't afford to lose good men like him, so please let us help
After seeing the sincerity of the twenty MDs, the citizens allowed them to operate on Dalton.
Vivi, Usopp, and Zoro waited out in the snow during the operation for hours.
Vivi: I can't take this anymore. Let's go up the mountain, okay, Usopp, Mr Bushido
Zoro: Huh?
Vivi: Sitting around and waiting is killing me. Rimuru and the others could've gotten hurt in the avalanche. They might be trapped! And don't forget Nami had a high fever. If anything has happened to them--
Usopp: You're worrying about them and alabasta... can't you see it, Vivi? You're carrying too many burdens at once, calm down. We don't need to go up there at all, and do you know why? Because those four are fine, it's them we're talking about, and I believe in them
Vivi was impressed that Usopp made a good argument and gained respect for him.
Vivi: thanks alot Usopp, you're full of wisdom
Zoro walked up to Usopp and started poking at him.
Zoro: Nah, he's full of crap. He's just afraid to go up the mountain
Usopp: *trembling* I heard there are yetis and huge man-eating bunnies on the mountain! I don't want to get eaten!
Zoro: Then say that from the start, you coward
Usopp: *trembling* fine! I'm scared to be monster food, and im sure they're fine, Rimuru is smarter and as strong as Luffy!
At that moment, Vivi's opinion of Usopp slightly dropped from hearing his real reason for his wise words.
