Kai's backstory: Kai lost his adoptive parents Lori and Bobby his friends and his girlfriend Lilac the waterdragon to the murderous Warmongerer Drazeros. Kai fought Drazeros one last time. When Kai died he was in a completely different Earth and in a dog's body. He meets Ryder and the Paw Patrol as they defend Earth from the evil Drazeros.
