It's been a month since Atsushi passed, his grave alongside Akutagawa's, who had passed a month prior to Atsushi.
Dazai walked to Atsushi's grave just to see Chuuya at Akutagawa's. He looked over with a grim look on his face.
"You've decided to visit as well, then?"
"Shut up, bastard..." Chuuya was quieter than normal. Of course he was. His mentee died. "Of course I would... They suffered at the hands of death... Though your sick as would think this pleasant as this was kind of like your damn double suicide plan."
Dazai was slightly shocked. "I wasn't thinking that. I just wanted to visit them. Atsushi suffered so much after Akutagawa passed. Even if the two were enemies. He told me that Akutagawa confessed while he died. Confessed he loved him."
"I'm going to take a guess, then. That Akutagawa didn't want to break Atsushi more by dating him, or being engaged to him..." Chuuya frowned.
"At least they're together now. Forever."
