This is how Russian fashion was like during its time of Empire. Russian women would always have these stylish victorian dresses, accessories like earrings and necklaces, and of course, the best part! The Russian headdress called "kokoshnik"! I tried so hard to draw it accurately-
(P.S. The drawing you saw was not the past countries, but present. That isn't the Russian Empire that I drew and the other is not the First/Third French Republic/First French Empire. The two just really love history so of course, they'd dress up as the past. Sometimes even they want to go back to the past. . .)
