Violette's POV

After having tea with Hades and Beelzebub,
I came to Brunhilde for discussing about the human contestants for Ragnarok.

And right now, we were in the sitting lounge,
"I'm surprised you got the time to visit "
The eldest of the Valkyrie, Brunhilde exclaimed.

I sighed,
"I've been wanting to visit much earlier than this, but I got occupied with things that have never even crossed my mind before"

Standing up, Brunhilde walked towards a hidden door on the wall, opening it, she turned to me and her sister Göll,
"Come, I'll show you who will be the representatives for the humans"

Nodding, we got up and followed her to what seemed like a room with many advance equipments.

3rd POV

Violette gazed up at the numerous pictures that were projected on the screen.
"Your first champion is ?"

"From seven million years of human history, I picked him to be the first contestant against Thor, this is Lu bu, the strongest warrior in history "
Brunhilde tapped on the screen, showing a tall and intimidating looking man.

Göll was terrified of the man.
"Him?"

"Lord Thor is going up first ?"

"Yes, I thought you knew?"
The Valkyrie asked with a confused expression.

Placing a hand on her chin, she pondered for a while,
"Well no, I guess I forgot to ask Zeus about it"

"I see.."

"Any information about who the second god representative is ?"

"They will announce it after the first fight is over "
The eldest Valkyrie responded as the goddess nodded at her words.

"I'm guessing you have already picked the 13 contestants"

"Yes, in fact, I will introduce you to all of them, follow me "

Exiting the room, they walked down another hallway and soon stood in front of a large door.
"The first contestant is in here"
The Valkyrie proclaimed.

Opening the door, they were met with the gaze of the warrior seated in the middle of the room.

"Ahh!...Brunhilde, what a pleasant surprise"

Göll hid behind her elder sister in fear,

"Lu bu, you're the first to fight, your opponent is the god of thunder, Thor "
Brunhilde informed the male.

"Thor, huh!"

"Yes"

"And who is that ?"
The warrior pointed at the goddess.

"She is the goddess of life and death, Violette"
Brunhilde introduced the young goddess .

Holding her head high she looked at him dead in the eye.
"It is lovely to meet you, Lu bu "

The man could only laugh at her bold exterior.

"You're just the kind of woman I'm looking - "

Brunhilde cut him off,
"We are not here for that Lu bu "

The intimidating man smirked and stood up,
"So, is this 'Thor', a strong opponent ?"

Nodding at his question, the eldest Valkyrie explained,
"He is Nordic's strongest god, and the gods' vanguard "

Feeling satisfied at her answer he sneered and agreed to the fight.

"But, your normal weapons won't work against a god, much less even hurt them, you will need a divine weapon to kill a god"
