In a world tainted by fate and destiny there are two kinds of people : Those who have met their soulmate and those who haven't.
Your soulmate is someone who utterly completes you. They're your better half, the missing piece to the puzzle you call life. They are the only one who can bring you instant peace and comfort in times of chaos. And when you meet them it becomes painful to ever separate from their side.

A soulmate cannot be defined in simplicity. It can be many things. Your soulmate could be a family member, a close friend, a coworker, or even someone you idolize. However, in this particular world the most sought after soul tie tends to be the romantic partnerships.

To find and fall in love with your soulmate is the ultimate dream for practically any and everyone. Understandably so. Who wouldn't want to live out the rest of their days in the arms of their other half? You would have to be insane not to be actively searching for those whose souls are eternally tied to yours! Right!?

Well, not according to Kim Dahee...

To this girl a soul tied relationship sounded too good to be true. She didn't buy into the idea that any one person could have a deep rooted connection to someone else without actively working to build towards that relationship over time.

Sure, she felt the tug of her soul tie deep within her every now and then when her supposed "soulmate" experienced an overwhelmingly powerful wave of emotion just like anyone else. But, to her this was easily chalked up to be nothing more than her wacky hormones and thus pushed to the back of her mind.

In her mind (which has been firmly made up since the seventh grade) Kim Dahee had already met her real soulmate and she'd been with him since childhood. Her boyfriend, Han Soobin, is all she truly needs in this life to be happy. He is everything to her. He's grown up with her, watched her evolve as a person and loved her through every phase of her life. No matter what challenges they faced the pair faced it together as a team.

Even years later once they'd both approached their twenty first birthdays they remained by each other's sides without a doubt in either mind that they were meant to be.

Well, that is until...

"What do you mean you met your soulmate?" Kim Dahee choked out through an increasingly tightened throat. She stood in the doorway of her and Soobin's bedroom and watched as the slender brunette shrugged off his work attire. Her eyes followed as he sat the pullover and visor adorned with a bold 'Crazy8Theaters' logo on them on the edge of their bed.
