CHAPTER 4

Jacee's Point of View

It's already Monday. Yes, kahapon pumunta siya dito pero miss ko na agad siya. Umuwi siya after ng dinner namin. Kinulit pa nga siya ni Mommy at Jayden pati na din si Artemis. Galing 'no? Kakapakilala pa lang close agad sa family ko.

I was cleaning the house when I heard someone knocking and when I saw that person, I smiled like there's no tomorrow.

"Good morning!" he greeted me with a smile.

"Good morning!" bati ko sa kanya pabalik.

Ano ba 'yan? Kinikilig ako. Bakit ba ganito? Kainis, Jacee Soraya naman e. Pinuntahan ka lang sa bahay pero todo kabog na ng puso mo.

"Pasok ka," sabi ko saka nilapitan siya. "Kumain ka na ba?" I asked him.

"Yes," he said at may pinakita sa'kin.

What?! "Omg ka, McDo!" twang sabi ko.

"You said na you're craving sa fries ng McDo so I bought you one." he smiled at me.

Di ko mapigilang mapangiti. Do I really deserve this person? The one that will spoil me whatever I want. The one who cares for me. The one who loves me like this? Is he my answered prayer?

Inabot niya na sa'kin yung fries, "Kainin mo na, alam kong kagabi mo pa gustong-gusto 'yan."

His smile. Gosh ano ba 'to? I still can believe that this guy, this guy that I like is nililigawan na ako. I just hope that this will last long. I hope na di namin masaktan yung isa't isa. And mostly, I pray that this is the person that I'll be with for the rest of my life.

"Thank you talaga!" I said and hugged him.

"Basta, para sa'yo."

LORD ano na? Kinikilig ako kainis naman. "Sa'yo lang ako." I said and giggled.

"Napaka mo naman po." natatawang sabi niya. "Pero tara gala, piangpaalam na kita kay Mommy kagabi."

The word 'Mommy' ano ba? Grabe na 'to. Wait lang, patigili niyo sa pagkabog 'tong puso ko. Di ko na alam, what should I say na di nahahalata yung pagkakilig ko.

"Sige, motor tayo hanggang Balagtas." I said trying to hide yung pagkakilig ko.

"Sige, ligo ka na, ang as-"

"K sis." inirapan ko siya.

"E! Eto naman, joke lang e." he pouted so I smiled. He's so cute. "Sorry na po."

"Tamo talaga." I said before going to the bathroom para maligo. 

Hindi ko na muna siya pinansin at naligo na. I wore a black fitted shirt, my cream trousers and my retro jacket with the colors of black, white and red.
