Vacation All We Ever Wanted (Part 2)

-Chapter 10-

-Amy's Pov-

I can't wait to go on our next trip! I was so excited I couldn't hold it in, I jumped up and down until a rough voice snapped me from my thoughts.

"Rose! Could you not jump? I'm trying to sleep" Shadow said groggily, he'd dropped me off at home last night and I asked him if he'd like to stay, he said okay and we were sat on the couch...well until this happened.

*rewind noise!*
*Bluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup*
(Me: I have no idea what a rewind noise sounds like! -3-)

-1:30AM Monday Morning-

Shadow stopped his car in my driveway and we both got out, (it was a long drive from Sonic's house) we walked towards my front door and I unlocked it, my mom was at my aunties house for the week since my auntie isn't well.

"So this is where you live?" Shadow asked,

"Yeah, welcome to my home" I smile as we both go inside, the warmth of the house hit us as we took off our shoes in the doorway,

*Yawn* "I'm so tired" I mumbled as I sat on the sofa, Shadow joined me shortly afterwards, I can't quite remember anything after that...Shadow said I'd nodded off.

-Around 2mins before my excited outburst-

*bzz, bzz, you gotta message!* my phone sang, Shadow was still asleep on the sofa next to me, I picked up my phone and looked at the screen:

Sonic

Sonic T Hedgehog: Amy, I've planned where we can stay for the next week! You're going to be as excited as I am! Xx

Amy Rose: Come on Sonic spit it out! Pleeeeeeeaaaaassssseeee! Xx

Sonic T Hedgehog: Alright, we are going to...France! Paris to be exact! :D my mom said we could go and she booked it all! Xx

PARIS! AS IN THEE CITY OF LOVE! Eek!

-after my burst of excitement-

"Rose" Shadow said, my vision was blurry.

"Huh? What?" I asked as I looked at a very tired Shadow, his quills were misplaced and his ears were still a little flat,

"Hehe, sorry Shadow I didn't realise you were asleep, actually I forgot you were here to be honest" I laughed shyly,

"How can you forget about the ultimate life form?" He asked, raising his eyebrow, his crimson eyes were actually quite dark in the sunlight, he laughed at me and pulled me towards him, I was now laid next to him, squished against the side of the sofa, his arms round me and holding me close.

*buzz, buzz*

"For fuck sake! I swear I'll kill whoever it is that keeps ringing at this time in a morning!" Shadow screamed loudly as he snatched his phone from the coffee table,

"What?!" He yelled down the phone,

All I heard next was a "Chill out Shadz you'll get your tail in a twist" from a rather lively Scrouge. The conversation was mainly one sided. Shadow's side, mainly abuse.

"Urgh! I swear I'll shoot that guy soon" he growled lowly as he slammed his phone down onto the coffee table in annoyance.

"Shadow?" I asked timidly,

"Yes Rose?"

"We're going to Paris for our next trip in 4 days...are you coming?" I asked as I lifted my head from his chest, his cold eyes melted as soon as he saw my hopeful face.
