"C'mon Loser!!! Hurry up." Regina was inside Viola's room trying to get her to go faster. But Viola was dreading the moment. She hated shopping, she wanted to stay home and spend time together with Regina. "It's almost six already!"

But one thing she was thankfull for, Cady not being home, she wad at Janis. The past days she couldn't stop talking about Regina and her new group of friends. If she saw Regina at their house, her life would be over, she would have to listen to her without a second of peacr. It was so annoying having to listen to everything and especially her rambles about Aaron.

"I'm hurrying, I can't find my purse. Just give me a sec blondie." Viola says trying to find her stuff around the room "Got it! Let's go"

'Finally! Come on" Regina thanks frustrated, pulling Viola to the car by her hand

"Why are you so excited for this halloween party?" Viola questions buckling her seatbelt

"Drinking and socializing. Duh!" Regina says saying what, to her, was the obvious

"If it's for that, I'm not even going. That's a no for me, I don't like it." Viola whines

"Don't be a baby. It'll be fun, we can spend time together" Regina smiles and so does Viola. She was excited for that

"Fine." Viola pretends to be annoyed

"What are you getting for costume?" Regina asks

"Probably a zombie? Or a clown?" Viola suggests

"Ewwww. No. Definetely not. You need to dress sexy. Not doing it is like... social suicide!"

"I'm not dressing sexy"

"Pleaseee, for me" Regina pouts

"Whatever." Regina knew how to make Viola change her mind, but at the moment Viola didn't mind, if dressing sexy was what it would take her to make Regina like her, she would do it

"And... we're here!" Regina says parking

Entering the store, Viola was amused with the variety of stuff. Not only they had costumes, but they also had props and party items.

The girls were having fun at the store, they almost forgot what they were there for, they took pictures with silly glasses and silly masks. Pictures that another person other than themselves wouldn't see, but they were okay with that. They were living the moment.

"Oh my god! Look at this inflatable dinossaur. It would be so funny if that was my costume."

"It is funny. But not for a high school party Vio, maybe next time?" Regina suggests

"Can you just help me out please? I have no idea what to buy"

"Maybe this?" Regina points to a witch hat

"But that's just the hat?" Viola states confused "It's not a full costume."

"I know silly, but a witch costume is always fun. I can borrow you a black mini skirt, and a black corset, and you'll have a cute costume. And bonus, it won't be social suicide" Regina smiles to her brilliant idea but Viola makes a face on the mention of the corset

"Fine... Witch it is. But I'll need to borrow your clothes, are you okay with that?"

"Of course! Otherwise I wouldn't have gave the idea" Regina peeks Viola's cheek making both of them blush

Going to pay, Viola adds some small envelopes and cards that she could write on. She had the perfect idea on what to use those.

"What time you need to go home?" Regina asks while they were waiting for the line to move

"Today I need to be there like 9? Tomorrow I can stay up to midnight, is that enough time?" Regina nods "What about you?

"No curfew, so it doesn't matter."

"So... Wanna hang out a little bit more and maybe grab something to eat?"

"Are you inviting me on a date?"

"Hum. I- no, I mean, we're... friends? You don't need to." Viola panicks

"I would love to. Can we go to Olive Gardens?" Regina interrupts and smiles watching how nervous the other girl was

"Of course, if that's what you'd like."

Olive Garden was being fun, they were having privacy and sharing funny stories about their lives. It was a little early, but it was okay, they were enjoying it.

"I really enjoy spending my time with you." Viola wanders staring at the blonde girl

"I mean, who wouldn't right?" Regina smirks

"Anyway. I know it's early but what are your plans after high school?"

"I didn't think of that... Maybe college?"

"Really?! You would be so good in all classes, you're super intelligent and I bet you would get into any college you applied" Regina smiles

"You're the only one that says that kind of stuff to me"

"Why do you pretend to not be smart? This decision makes me confused."

"Because. That's totally social suicide. You're so clueless about how high school works it becomes cute"

"It's stupid how society makes women act stupid, because they need to, but they can't be too stupid." Viola sighs

"It's okay to be honest. You learn how to deal with it"

"People shouldn't learn that though" and Regina nods

"I'm glad I found you, you have a sense of justice that not many people do, and you just, see the real me. I feel like I can show you my vulnerabilities to you." Viola smiles to Regina

"Well... I'm the one glad I found you. I finally have real competition in English, and a, probably, also poem lover" Viola couldn't stop smiling. She would give thousands of dollars just to relieve this moment forever

Both decided that they needed to go home rest, Regina drived Viola to her house. The drive to Viola's house was silent, they were enjoying the silence together, it was comfortable.

"Bye sweetie!" Regina waves watching Viola enter her house
