Viola was fidgeting nervously in her room waiting for Regina. Today she left a note for Regina inviting her to her house for the night.

"The wind does not require the Grass
To answer -Wherefore when He pass
She cannot keep her place" by Emily Dickinson
Come to my house at 7:00pm. I have a surprise for you!

And now she was waiting for Regina in her room. Waiting for Regina to arrive so she could invite her in and ask her to be her official girlfriend.

She had some pastries cooked just for this. Viola had spent the afternoon making cookies and bought the ingredients to make potato fries.

She smiled at her her room. The bed was made carefully and there was a bouquet on it. She didn't want to make a huge deal of it, but wanted to make it special. She had Regina's favorite flowers. Cookies made by her for them to eat later and a poem book to gift to Regina. She also had bought tickets for their favorite artists.

Viola was imagining what to say. She had so much to say, and she wasn't sure if she should confess that she fell in love with the blonde girl.

Regina you are the prettiest and smartest girl I've ever met. I will always be sorry that I underestimated you in our first English lesson. But if I didn't I'm not sure that we would be where we are, and everyday I am glad that I met you. These last days I've been thinking, and I don't think I can be away from you much, you are my angel and the reason I smile a lot. You don't need to say it back, but I want to say it to you. I love you so much that my heart feels like exploding when I think about you. I want to scream to the world that I'm with you, but I know you're not ready, so I'm okay with us being a secret, I'll wait forever if it means being with you. So, Do you want to be my girlfriend?

Viola had decided, that was what she was saying for Regina, she was anxious and the minutes seemed to pass really slowly.

The minutes passed. And 7 went to 8 and to 9. Viola stopped waiting thinking that Regina didn't see the note. She cursed herself for it. She should've also sent a message to confirm that Regina was coming.

She put everything away. The cookies were now on the cookie jar in the kitchen, the book on her backpack and the flowers were now on her study table. She sighed. Viola would try again tomorrow.
