twelve ; getting her back

Viola was calmer with the news that Regina and Aaron broke up and her sister was talking about this with her non-stop, that was making her pissed.

Opening her locker, Viola saw a note on her locker, it was a poem. She smiled, that was so sweet. It wasn't signed, but she was sure who that was from, Regina.  That was written in a black gel pen with the recognizable letters that were delicate.

During English Regina looked to her side a lot of times, and Viola realized that. Regina wasn't lying.

After school she was invited by Regina to hang out, she wasn't told where, just yo be ready when Regina weny pick her up. She decided to go.

Later that day Regina appeared on Viola's house in her car "Get in Vi! We need to drive a bit to get to our destination" Regina opens the door from inside

"Hi Regina... So I heard you broke up with Aaron" Regina nods "Thank you..."

The rest of the driving was long, the girls were in a comfortable silence just listening to the music playing and each with their own thoughts

"Where are we going?" Viola interrupts the silence

"It's a surprise" Regina gives a cheeky smile to Viola "Do you have a curfew today?"

"It's tuesday Regina. We have lessons tomorrow, so I would like to be back preferably at 10pm max" Viola looks at the blonde

"Nerd" Regina whispers joking "But I like that"

"Thanks. I think?" Viola says confused "You aren't taking me out of the city just to murder me right?"

"Of course not! That wouldn't be a bad idea but I'm not doing that... today"

"Ha. Ha. Funny." Viola roll her eyes

"Look to the left. We're here." Regina says pointing to her side

"Oh my god! You brought me to a carnival?! Regina that's so sweet" Viola says giving a big smile

"Yeah. Come on come out, we have somewhere to go. I already have our tickets on my phone"

Regina brought Viola to a calm ride for couples, the plan was to talk with her and try winning her over again. She really liked Viola and wanted her to know.

"I wanted to talk with you. So please just listen to me alright?" Regina says looking into Viola's eyes

"Yes. Of course I'll listen to you Regina"

"I like you Viola, I really do, I'm just still at the closet and am not ready to come out. I guess when I met you somethig woke up inside me and made me realize why I toyed the boys around and used them. I feel like they made me feel normal untill certain point. And when I kissed Aaron at the party I was trying to escape what I was feeling because I was scared. I had everything to lose, but I am sorry and I'm trying to be better for you. I'm not ready yet to come out as a lesbian and into a relationship, but I want to keep what we have and see where it goes, and one day I want to ask you to officially be my girlfriend."

"Regina... I'm so proud of you for talking about your feelings and of course it's okay that we keep it slow and I'm okay with you not coming out. I'm glad we're good again" With that Viola softly kisses Regina's lips

Both the girls had silly smiles in their lips as they finished the ride holding each others' hand.

"Can we go play those carnival games now?" Viola points to a shooting game after they come out of the ride

"Bet." Regina smiles

Viola was trying to shoot and win a plushie to give to Regina but she wasn't even a little bit good in this game

"My turn sweetie." Regina says getting the gun. She was good at that. She got shoot after shoot right

"What the hell Regina. You're good at this" Viola says surprised

"My dad taught me when I was a kid. That's how we used to hang out" Regina says and Viola smiles

"You surprise me more each time" Viola says squeezing Regina's hand softly

"I got a teddy bear! Choose which one you want. I wanna give it to you" Viola smiles

"You're such an angel, can I get that pink dragon?" Viola points smiling like a kid "It reminds me of you"

"Hey! I'm not a dragon, I'm way more prettier"

"You definetely are prettier, but if you could, I bet you would breath fire"

"Not funny" Regina says trying to be serious but couldn't keep a straight face which makes both of them laugh

"Let's get a hot dog." Viola says pulling Regina along "I also say that they have cotton candy, candy apples and popcorn! Which one do you want? I'll pay for you" Viola says excited

"Can you get me a butter popcorn and a cola?"

"Of course! Hold the dragon please" She says handig the blonde the stuffed animal

After getting the snacks they wanted Viola convinced Regina that going to the ferris wheel was a cute idea. They were holding their hands enjoying the view with the pink dragon between them. It was comfortable.

Their night was super adorable. Both of them enjoyed and cherished their moment together. The led to a Viola smiling while staring at the ceilling thinking about her day.
