"What?", Jin Ling asked Jiang Cheng with a rude tone because Jiang Cheng was looking at him with concern written on his face but usual cold expression at same time.
"Nothing. Are you feeling any better,brat?",Jiang Cheng rolled his eyes and said in a rude tone back.
"Kind of..",Jin Ling shrugged his shoulders and stood up from the bed.
"Well,let's go. I'll send you to your xiao-jiu(Jin GuangYao/MengYao).",Jiang Cheng said.
"Xiao-jiu?", Jin Ling said with a bit unexpected tone. "...Alright"
'I want to see a-niang's garden... but.. alright then.. I might see their statue at the golden tower anyway..',Jin Ling sigh as he thought of the beautiful spot where he finds peace and distraction.
~skip time~
"Thank you for taking care of this brat", Jiang Cheng said to Zewu-Jun,Lan Zhan,Master Mo and Lan Sizhui. Meanwhile,he stared deadly at Master Mo.
"It is my pleasure",Lan Sizhui said and bowed as he clasped his hand before the others do too to Jiang Cheng and Jin Ling.
Jiang Cheng bowed and clasped his hand to them back but Jin Ling didn't. So, Jiang Cheng nudge Jin Ling's elbow with his arm and whispered angrily,"bow down or say thank you. Show your grateful at least. They helped you."
"Tch",Jin Ling shrugged his shoulders. Then, he clasped his hands and bowed to the others. "I didn't ask for help anyway."
"Hahaha.. don't mind him",Jiang Cheng was trying to hold his anger.
"even if you don't ask for it. Can't just let you die there right?",Master Mo said to Jin Ling.
"Tch. Especially you lunatic. I don't need your help",Jin Ling words offend Master Mo.
"No need to be harsh", Zewu-Jun said to them.
Jiang Cheng looked at Zewu-Jun and looked away,"hmph"
"We'll meet again,Jin Ling",Lan Sizhui said to Jin Ling.
"Really? I thought the hunt cancelled because of what had happen?",Jin Ling raised his eyebrow.
"Actually,not!", Senior Mo said enthusiasticly. "We haven't got any corpse yet."
"Though,since we heard there's General Wen Ning came back. It will be a mission. Not a hunt",Zewu-Jun said to them."We'll let you know."
Senior Mo just turned to looked from Zewu-Jun to Hanguang-Jun with a nervous look.
"He's....back..?", Jiang Cheng asked with disbelief.
"Yeah"
Jin Ling grinned his teeth and clentch his fist. "I'll go first. Bye"
Then,Jin Ling stepped onto the boat.Lan Sizhui was surprised about his behaviour but was what he expected because he heard from those rumours about Jin Ling.
"We'll take our leave. Thank you again",Jiang Cheng clasped and bowed once again to them.
"Bye..",Lan Sizhui waved at Jin Ling shyly.
Unexpectedly, Jin Ling waved back but not too obvious with it by waving back at him but looking away. This made Lan Sizhui smiled.
