"There are quite a few of the navy here." Yukiji whispered to Zoro as they hid behind a house and looked around the village. They had only recently come to a small island with their boat and docked in a hidden bay.

"We'd better keep sailing." said Zoro, thinking a little more than usual. Actually, he would push ahead with Luffy or someone else and knock down all the soldiers. But he didn't want to risk Yukiji falling into the clutches of the navy. After all, her father was still looking for her.

Now that he knew the truth about her past, he was all the more determined that she should not be caught. On the one hand because he was terrible and on the other because Yukiji was his steady girlfriend. He could see the fine and barely recognizable scars a little better since then. Chopper had said that she had older scars as well as Sir Crocodile's scars. But no one knew where she got them from. Apart from the spoon wielder.

"We need supplies again, though." Yukiji whispered, grimacing a little. "And you drink too much." Zoro looked at his girlfriend with a raised eyebrow. "You eat everything away."

Yukiji snorted softly. "Fine, we both suck at splitting supplies. But I'll starve to death on the way to Sabaody Archipelago." She wasn't wrong. Zoro had no desire to starve until then either. It would be all the better if they could take something with them here.

The last few days had been almost horrendous. Yukiji was constantly complaining that there was hardly any food left, just as Zoro had complained that the alcohol was running out. Quite complementary, which was also bad. It would almost be worse for Zoro with Luffy. He would have joined in the drinking, so he would have had less.

Yukiji was a bit more dignified. She didn't like alcohol and preferred water or tea. A cliché of a princess, really. But Yukiji wasn't like that. And Zoro had found that interesting from the start. Yukiji was simply different from others.

"I'm just wondering how we can get some food without being seen by the navy." The Vinsmoke pondered and stuck her head back over the edge of the house. "How about we just pretend they're not there?"

Yukiji really had to pull himself together not to get loud. How did he imagine that!? "And what do you think will happen? They're looking for us, Zoro! As soon as they see us, we'll be busted!" she hissed and leaned against the wall of the house.

"Can't we take advantage of your status?" Zoro now asked, annoyed. "Huh? Excuse me?!" Yukiji wanted to ask out loud and felt his big hand on her mouth. "They won't attack you like they did me. The navy knows who you are and doesn't make it public. As if they would dare to fly up and not collect the bounty."

Yukiji hadn't even thought of that. Her father wanted her back unharmed. None of the marines would touch a hair on her head. Although, Aokiji had almost frozen her. Bear had also attacked and injured her. Only he seemed a little strange to her anyway. Bear should have arrested or killed the crew, but sent everyone somewhere.

Quietly, Yukiji closed her eyes, which was why Zoro had taken his hand away. "Alright, I'll get everything. On the condition that you don't do anything during this time." she agreed to his plan. It annoyed Zoro that he wasn't allowed to do anything, but better that than being arrested. "Agreed."
