returning to avalon i handed the responsibility of the transfer to misato as i took the dauntless out on my own personal mission, finding my target i approached him
"shiro kanzaki" i said
"who are you" he asked
"your savior, if you will allow me to be" i said, he got defense immediately
"calm yourself, i wish to help you and your sister" i said

"nothing on this world, but i do have plans, and i promise if you help me your sister will once again be back in good health and will live a long happy life

i then went around and collected advent decks breaking the contracts formed in the process and sealing the contract monsters inside their advent cards for the time being, i got through half way before the kaixa phone begun ringing i answered it
"i have reunited with her" shiro said
"very well, hold please" i said, as i transmatted to his location
"ah the wonders of teleportation, speaking of, both of you grab each other tightly" i said
"why" yui asked, and i smiled mischievously
"you will see" i said, as i initiated transmat and beamed us aboard
"that system will be replaced with proper transporters soon enough, but anyway if you will follow me" i said, as i led them to the command bridge

"yes, your excellency" the helmsman said
"are you some noble" yui asked
"ruling emperor of the avalon empire" i corrected, their eyes widened
"i should inform you, that while these decks of yours would be impressive in most places, where you are going they are not, and i care more about the armor you created then the monsters themselves" i said
"i understand, is that what i will be doing creating armors" he asked, i nodded
"though you will be paid for your efforts, i would have rescued you two regardless, as i understand your pain very well mister kanzaki, what i have done is offered you two a job, one you seem to have accepted, to start off until you understand what is being asked, you will be working alongside my right hand rei ayanami who will show you what you will be creating from here on" i said, he nodded

"so we are going through with that project then, i have always wanted to see the true ambitions of my master take fruit, i am rei ayanami right hand to his highness, emperor shinosuke itsukimaru welcome, to our labs, if you will follow me" rei said
"i will collect the final decks and return" i said
and i did just that, had to fight a couple of the bastards, but kaixa axel-mode did the trick nicely, i handed all the decks to shiro, who was beginning to understand what was being asked of them he promised to give them his best work, and i gave them access to everything i had stored in the starforge - GEHIRN so everything i had collected before reincarnating the first time, the man would create one of the most powerful rider systems out there
speaking of starforge - GEHIRN that was the next project i started i emptied the station of everything i could before i began to take apart and reconstruct the starforge into something new, something better
it took two years to reconstruct the forge but was well worth it
"master what was the goal in this" rei asked
"this fortress is going to be important to our empire" i said
in this two years the people of VERS have settled into the their new homes, and have finally integrated into avalon, it helped that their empress was now one of my queens, speaking of, a decision was made on that front as well, ikuno was named empress, the other two were named my queens, this was something they agreed to and i had no say in that matter, latia and asseylum would work on the politics side of things, while ikuno would continue to stand by me on the military side of things, as it was decided this would be a warrior nation, not that i was complaining on that front
"you have made the forge big enough to construct standard sized starforges, and you have begun construction on another five, GEHIRN-class starforges" she said i nodded
"the six starforges would inhabit this systems first sun,, and would function as our seat of power" i said, the system they sat in had seven worlds, four were inhabitable, three were gas giants, two planets were twice as large as avalon, the last world was about earth's sized
"what happens now master" she asked
"i'm not done yet, my empire is not yet big enough, i still have much i must do" i said, she nodded
"what of me then master" she asked
"go to ironwood, see if he remembers you, if he does see if he can't be convinced to join our empire, but first take a force to ORB and secure them" i said
"it will be done master" she said, i nodded smiling, as she left, two weeks later she returned with uzumi nara athha and his adopted daughter in tow
"chairmen athha, lady cagalli" i said smiling genuinely
"your highness, i was shocked to here of your invitation, especially after your right hand gave us earth on a silver platter, she utterly destroyed blue cosmos with help from the earth alliance powers that were pissed off at the atlantic federation, they forced the entire alliance into ORB rule, in the span of a few days then she picked a fight with ZAFT and destroyed them to, we are effectively the ruling superpower" the chairman said
"my apologies chairman, i told her to give you an invitation to join us" i said
"she gave us your invitation i told her that ORB would be more then willing but we would not wish to leave our home, this was her solution" she said
"it is like her, ruthlessly efficient, so then why have you come before me" i asked
"two reasons the first was to bend the knee and swear our loyalty to avalon" he said
"the second" i asked
"i wish to become one of your queens" cagalli said, my eyes moved to her and i smiled
"you remember why i declined you last time, little has changed" i said
"you gave me back my father" she said
"yes i see the reset has affected you, very well, i will direct you to my three wives, and they may speak with you" i said, she nodded her thanks
"i will take you to them" rias said, who was in the throne room, she took rei's place when rei wasn't there
"thank you rias" i said, as she led cagalli away, rei soon brought in a rather large group, led by a man i hoped to see
