You and DeWanda Wise had been becoming good friends over the course of the last few years since she left CAA and joined your agency, though that was more thanks to Alex's charm and back door channeling. Following Jurassic World Dominion you had been getting her steady work and was hoping to maybe convince her to join the group as she got along well with damn near everyone. But DeWanda was always reticent and you couldn't really blame her. Once Danica had begun to take over contracts you had made sure DeWanda was cool with it and it seemed to open her up more to the possibility of hooking up, though that was still eluding.

You had her over during the weekend as she was picketing all day in LA and the two of you ate your favorite meal from a local Italian place and decided to catch up on some movies that you had wanted to watch. She asked how things went with Emilia and you both shared stories about how life was going since the last time you had had a dinner and movie night and you talked about the BLACKPINK deal you were gearing up for, and how great Danica and Alex were at keeping things afloat while you simply felt like the dead weight of your own agency. She knew it was just you having a moment of pity and said as much as you sighed and admitted you just wish you had things going on that felt equal, but DeWanda assured you that being able to support and help the other partners whom are wanting to grow the business with you is no different than when they do what you ask of them.
