chapter 13 - Study date

Adriens POV

After getting off school, I texted Harley to drive slowly so I could get home first. 

I arrived at the mansion and changed into my gear and went to the front door of the mansion waiting for them to pull up. 

Finally, I see them pull up and Harley giving me a dirty look. Ugh. What did I do now?

Marinette looks at me and blushes. Thank the lord I'm wearing a mask to cover my face. I smile inside of my mask and think about school. I can't believe I gave her a kiss on the cheek. 

Marinette walked up to me and smiled.

"Good afternoon cat noir."

"Afternoon miss Marinette."

Marinette walked inside the house and as soon as her figure disappeared Harley walked up to me.

"We need to talk."

"Yes, miss Quinn?"

"Marinette is falling for you and that needs to end quickly."

I grew shocked and afraid. If I don't give Harley a promising answer, then she will tell the joker and I will be done for. 

"Miss Quinn, I am not trying to persuade her at all."

"I could say otherwise."

I hated when she brought up my other side of me. My weak side. 

"Miss Quinn, she doesn't know that I'm Adrien and at school she doesn't know that I'm cat noir."

She furrowed her eyebrows at me and I almost gulped, Harley was as scary as the joker sometimes.

"You better get her to fall for you as Adrien only, or even nothing at all."

I frowned in my mask, but she didn't see. "Yes, miss Quinn."

"If nothing changes in the next week, then I will be telling the joker, and he will kill you."

"Yes, miss Quinn."

Harley walked inside and left the area. I pulled out my radio and spoke for the joker.

"Boss, Harley and Marinette are both inside and safe."

"Very good Adrien, take off the rest of the day, see you at two am."

"You too boss."

I clicked off the device and walked back into my room. I took my mask off and pulled out my phone. I clicked on Marinette's contact and texted her.

"Hi Marinette."

"Hi, stranger."

"It's Adrien from school."

"HI, how are you?"

"I'm good, I wanted to ask you something!"

"What's up?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to come over tonight and we can study together?"

"Yes of course!"

"Okay, see you soon."

After messaging Marinette, I quickly changed in my room and packed my gear in a bag. I left through the secrete passage in the mansion to avoid being seen. Harley knew where Adrien lived, and I knew this would make Harley happy. 

Misson, make Marinette fall for Adrien and get over cat noir. 

Marinettes POV. 

"We are here Marinette!"

I took off my blindfold and looked to see Adrien's house. It was a small condo. It was all white and the windows were green, and the plants were sprouting. He had a deck with chairs sitting and hammock sitting as well. I smiled. This place was beautiful.
