Sylvester would go on these trances regularly, as if he was hypnotized, he would turn a rotting dead pale skin; the first-time fern spotted these trances she gone straight to Harth asking what to do, she wouldn't have a clue she would lock the doors and send him to the infirmary. Quite dangerously Itto would pick fights with Sylvester over these trances, and he would stupidly accept the challenge, ending in a rib or two breaking, more than they should have broken. Lone would also witness these reveries, according to Harth his family were all trained in magic arts like this, it took Fern by surprise that this was even a thing and that Lone was a "master at manipulating ability's". One day it would be different, Fern tried to get more answers "What's Sylvester's ability? maybe this is a side effect?" Ferm suggested Harth only knew him for as long as Fern "We can look in the library Colemans desk has files of all of us including ability's and medical history, Sylvester has to have one or the other" The three left for the library leaving this zombified Sylvester to be taken care of by the immature group plus Sylvester's hated roommate which now seemed like the worst idea to ever come out of a seemingly smart mouth like Lones.

Ever since Colemans death the library's gotten empty, quiet, unsettling; no one liked going in there anymore (they never did before but now it was extra horrid). They crept into the ever so growing library as if there was someone to watch them, it was barely autumn and yet the chill made it feel like the deepest depths of winter. Fern would stand in the middle of the two shivering, Harth was focused, Lone cautious but Fern, terrified Lone noticed Ferns ever so ghastly expression and stopped the two while Harth continued looking, "You are scared, it's been a few months since Coleman died and you never knew them. What makes you so scared?" Fern thought carefully about Lones words, they were always overrun with fear for the smallest things "Don't worry if anything ever happens Harth will be able to save us, I'm sure." Lone tried reassuring Fern, "But what if she's the one in trouble? What do we do?" Fern mumbled from fear, "Ill risk my life doing what I can to save her". Harth made it to the desk and signaled to come over, Harth flicked through some documents you could make out everyone else's Fern, Halobean, Lone even Bart yet Harth had no document in sight, two thoughts came to Ferns mind : one, Harth has so little information they couldn't make a document for her, two would be that people had stollen it to find more about her, they saved these enquires for a later date. She picked up Sylvester's file, the three sat down at a nearby table, the type of wood could usually be some sort of soft, but it was rock solid and somehow colder than the air in the room, they gathered around Harth, and the document read as follows:

Name: Sylvester

Role: Royal musician

Gift: Longen

Ability: Poet's breath

The document would go on about useless information including birthdays, significant events, age, etc. Throughout the injury's he's had none seemed to be related to lack of control or consciousness, no one really talked to him much so it could be supposed it was never brought up. Lone mentioned his gift was Logen which usually signifies the user can control someone or something else in one way or another, his ability description read, " Poets breath can rise or lower emotion levels of a certain person, not much is known about this ability and people suspect it has another use" They had reached a dead end, Harth returned the folder and came back to the table Fern and Lone were sitting on with one more very large book, it had a list of all gifts as well as known side effects of ability's, Fern Lone and Harth looked for hours they could only repeat the same cycle : Fern would find a relevant page, Lone will explain some facts, Harth looks and it would never be it. They came back shivering and empty handed the room was in bits, broken tea cups, splatters of water, cards on fire, it was a mess.

What happened while they were gone wasn't nearly as important, but I must warn you for what happened after they arrived in the room would change the course of the story, it will be nice to hear the chaos before the story:
