Because they wanted to get out of Japan as soon as possible along with her and escape to the USA.
That Afternoon, Ryan went to City Hall and got some legal documents with a American name and a new I.D. for Usagi.
Randy Jackson was warning him that Usagi's Family and Friends were all looking for her everywhere but don't know their location.
Usagi doesn't want to go back because she doesn't want to go back to that miserable or be Sailor Moon again but when she heard Seiya was back in town, her heart dropped.
Because even though Mamoru broken up with her, she still have feelings for Seiya, and she so longed to tell him that she loves him.
