I haven't done much digging, so I haven't found a victim/example of my second theory yet. To strengthen the fact that they are all bots, check their accounts if you find one asking 'Do you publish on Neobook ?' and if they're a bot they'll have some randomly generated name and no followers, following, readings lists or works.
Third theory is that they're all scammers working together to scam ppl and they share the money when they do
