In the stillness of my days, you came, a gentle breeze,

With tender words and a loving gaze, you shattered my inner peace.

I resisted at first, but your affection wore me thin,

And soon I found myself falling, drawn to you within.

We shared our dreams and deepest fears, our secrets intertwined,

Creating memories that spanned through days, months, and years combined.

I knew your favorite song, your quirks, your every smile,

And in your arms, I found solace, if only for a while.

But then the season shifted, and I felt a chill in the air,

You began to withdraw, your love turning cold and bare.

Your fingers slipped from mine, your eyes avoided my gaze,

Leaving me bewildered, lost in a bewildering maze.

What happened to the love we shared, the promises we made?

Why did you retreat, leaving me alone and afraid?

You approached me first, igniting a flame so bright,

But now you've left me in darkness, consumed by the night.

I search for answers in the silence, longing for your touch,

But all I find are echoes of the love that once was such.

I'm left to wonder, to mourn the love that's now undone,

As I navigate the wreckage of a love that's come and gone.
