"Congratulations, Mr. Patel," I said, extending my hand as a gesture of agreement. "The partnership is yours. We're excited to collaborate with you."
"Thank you, Mr Rajput," Mr. Patel replied, reciprocating the handshake with a confident smile. "I believe this venture will be mutually beneficial."
"Indeed," I affirmed, nodding in agreement. "I'll finalize the details and send over the contract promptly."
"Excellent," Mr. Patel said, preparing to depart. "Looking forward to working together."
With a nod and a final smile, I watched Mr. Patel leave, satisfied with the successful discussion.
I turned towards my assistant with a steely gaze. "Go, fetch me a cup of coffee-no sugar," I commanded.
"Of course, sir," he replied before swiftly exiting the room.
Turning my attention back to the file, I focus into my work. Moments later, a sharp knock echoed through the room. "Come in," I called out, maintaining my detached demeanor.
"Here is your coffee, sir. Is there anything else you require? If not, I'll take my leave," my assistant inquired.
Handing him the file, I instructed, "Take this and make the necessary modifications. Also, have you spoken with Mr. Bianchi's personal assistant?"
"Yes, sir. Mr. Bianchi is currently unavailable, but his assistant assured us that he will inform us as soon as he's free," he reported.
"Alright, then inform me when he will be available," I stated, glancing at my watch. "Also, notify all department heads that there's a meeting at 12:00 PM sharp in the conference room. Attendance is mandatory."
"Understood, sir. I'll convey the message," he acknowledged before exiting.
