Training

Ash, being who he was, decided Brock would ask for training. Ash would relent, on one condition. He finds and catches the Lavatar line. A rock master needs this powerful Pokémon on their team to truly be powerful.

Not only did Brock achieve this, he caught the final evolution. Brock was with the boy on the battlefield where he battled Misty earlier. Brock knew that Ash's pokemon were incredibly powerful and thought each one was elite level power at the very least.

Ash was set to battle May Maple, and he wasn't worried in the slightest. He planned to send out Ampharous and destroy. He might even mega it to make the match go faster.

Ash asked Brock to throw out all of his pokemon. Surprisingly, he had a well balanced team. Mostly. His team consisted of Golem, Steelix, Swampert, Crobat,a croagunk and now a Tryaniatar. Ash has decided to use telepathy, showing how much he trusts Brock.

Ash: Look Brock. You need to kick Golem. It just isn't gonna cut it in a strong team. You don't need three rock types, two is enough. And if the frog won't evolve it won't battle.

Brock: I guess so. Golem doesn't like battling. He prefers caring for others. (Note yes brocks a breeder but this brock is actually a strong battler) Alright I'll get a replacement for crogrunk. He's not a battler anyway.

Ash: Ok with Golem gone, we have room to improve. I suggest adding something for fighting types, and something for water types.

Brock: For fighting I'll add a hisui Braviary . Finding a fossil won't be too difficult.

Ash: Excellent. Your Tryantiar will protect against weakness, so get a fire or water type. Grass if you're feeling dangerous. Any pokemon you believe in?

Brock: I'd like a Houndoom.

Ash: That's a good pokemon. Lots of potential with that dog. If you were smart, which I hope you are, make that a Mega. You can still keep Steelix. Multiple megas is good potential. Keep your bond together strong.

Brock: I can do that! And for a strong replacement, I pick Gogat!

Ash: Gogat isn't the strongest grass type, but with grassy glide and grassy terrain it should be a threat if trained right. Your main line up will soon include Swampert, Crobat, Hisui Braviary, Gogat, Tyrnatar, and Mega Houndoom. This is quite a powerful team. If trained correctly and brought out the true power of each one, this could be an elite four level power!

Brock: Can I battle one of your pokemon? I would like to battle a 3v3. But can you show me more of your pokemon?

Ash nods, and teleports to the battle post. Brock blinks and falters for a moment, then walks to his post. Brock throws out crobat, and the pokemon winces at seeing Ash. The young trainer's eyes flash with humor, and throws out Melmetal, the mythical powerhouse. Brock looks shocked, then shakes his head. Of course the mute trainer would have a mythical. No doubt he has more such surprises.

Brock: Ok Crobat. We don't have the advantage. We'll use this battle to see where we're weak

The bat grins happily, while the steel type just chuckles at the young fighters' anticipation.

Brock: Let's go Crobat! Use Sludge Bomb!

Ash just rolls his eyes and just lets the bat fire. It hits the mythical, but not even a scratch appears. Brock and Crobat have an open mouth, and look pretty shocked.

Ash: You have a lot to learn. Poison moves do no damage to steel types. Only moves that are super effective are fire, fighting and ground. Not effective is basically everything else except a couple. You'll learn.

Brock has a puzzled look on his face, then nods. He returns his bat, knowing it won't do much. Then out comes Swampert. A ground type. Ash nods his head, but returns his steel monster. Out comes a Noivern in its place, a flying dragon. Brock winces, knowing ground moves will do nothing.

Brock: If ground won't work, rock will! ROCK SLIDE!

Ash: Noivern he's learning. Double team, then use tailwind to launch the rocks back at the starter.

Swampert fires rock right at the dragon, but all it hits is clones. The real one causes the rocks to redirect into swampert, who gets hit. It doesn't do much damage, but it does make Brock wary. Noiverns speed doubles, making it even harder to deal with.

Ash: Finish this. Giga Impact.

Brock: Not yet! We're not going down just yet! Use-

But it's already over. Noivrn glowed in white energy, and hit the starter. Both pokemon were recalled, and swampert was done. Brock sends out his Tyrnaitar. Ash sends out his own water starter.

The starter was a Greninja.

Brock: Use thunder fang!

Ash: I know it's overkill, but he asked what was in my arsenal. Battle Bond.

The rock type rushes at the frog with yellow fangs but stops abruptly. A tornado of water appears around Greninja, and flows onto his back. A beautiful blue shuriken appears, and the frogs' features change. It looks quite similar to Ash now. It starts to rain, and on the frog's hips are two swords.

The pseudo looks a little scared, but presses on. It rushes at Greninja, but the frog simply just looks at him and fires a weather ball. The rock/dark type is hit right in the gut and is knocked out. Brocks gaping like a fish, and looks incredibly scared. He forfeits. The rain stops and Greninja is back in the ball.

Brock: WHAT WAS THAT! FIRST YOU HAVE THREE STARTERS, A MYTHICAL, AND A WEIRD GRENINIJA? EXPLAIN WHAT'S WITH THAT POKEMON?!

Ash: Simple. Look at my pokedex. The greninja's battle bond is its ability. Other Greninajs battle bonds are just boosted stats. Mine's special. Don't worry about the details. Just know that this pokemon could sweep Leon's team without the battle bond.

Brock: YOU HAVE SO MANY POKEMON! AND ALL STARTERS? AND A ULTRA BEAST AND TWO MYTHICALS! WHO ARE YOU. ( He hid his Mew and Urhsifui entry so people would not go basaltic. UB and mythicals he did not because most people believed there regular pokemon)

Ash: I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet town, and I'm the mute trainer.
