Jamie's P.O.V.
I was sitting in a corner with Saskia waiting for the meeting to finish. She said:
-How's Y|n?
I looked at my phone and saw Y|n. She was laying in bed with her eyes closed. I smiled softly at the sight of her and handed Saskia the phone. She looked at Y|n and smiled. She said:
-Anxiety again?
-Yeah...
She sighed.
-Must be hard...
-It is. But I'm trying to be strong for her.
-You're strong for the both of you. But you have your own emotions too, Jamie. And it's ok to share them. Y|n would be more than happy to know she's helping you. She needs you to be open with her like she had been with you.
I thought for a second and nodded. She was right. I was growed up to be a partisan. We don't show our emotions. We focus on doing our job and shut down everything else. But Y|n is my girlfriend and I trust her. I can be myself around her.
I was looking around the room when I heard Y|n's voice trough my Airpod:
-I love you...I wish you could hold me right now...
I smiled and wanted to answer her when Ellie touched my arm.
-Hey. We're done for today.
I nodded.
-Let's go.
Ellie said she'd ride in Anastasia's car since they needed to discuss something about tomorrow.
I nodded and started my car, eager to get to the hotel as fast as possible. I had my camera open all the time so Y|n could see me if needed. I unmuted myself and said:
-How are you feeling, baby?
-I'm good...
She opened her eyes and looked at the screen.
-What did you tell my teacher earlier?
-Nothing...I just told her that you're having a hard time and you need some days off. But I didn't give any details.
-Mmm...Ok.
She didn't seem too convinced so I said:
-Baby, she doesn't know about your anxiety, I promise.
She smiled softly and nodded.
