Chapter 16 - Wolfsbane

June 3 - part 2

Cold wind blew on her face. Famialiar scent, the touch, some noises, at first she thought she flew in mist. But then came back to reality, Dae opened her eyes to see Seonghwa, she was supposedly laying on his thighs as he was scanning the room.

Seonghwa, what just happened? Dae asked forgetting to actually speak

„Dae! You're awake, don't make any uncontrolled moves, we need to check if you are alright" Seonghwa looked at her and checked her head, managing to hold her tight so she can't move

„What happened?" she raised her head slightly

In the same room she remembered the old women, now there were only knights and police, looking in every corner to find some evidence. There were some petals of flowers on the floor.

„I'm gonna tell you everything later" Seonghwa said calmly „Now let's get you it of here, Yeo!" he called his friend and they all left carefully holding Dae.

„Thank you for the tea" Dae said thankfully to a maid „Now tell me from start, what happened?"

Seonghwa looked at Yeosang and he motioned him to speak.

"For the start, um okey" he fixed his shoulders "So, San told me that your friend acts weird. At the start I didn't believe him since he doesn't like him much. He asked me if I could check on you while he got some business in the city. So I went where you and mister Yunho were supposed to be but you weren't there. I was asking maids and servants, and they all told me about one direction" he sighed "When I came to forbidden corridor I saw the locks were broken and doors were opened. I took some knights and had someone go to police to alert Yeosang. We came down and that's how we ended in these undergrounds" Seonghwa looked on the floor so Yeosang took advantage of the talk

"I came as fast as I could, I met Seonghwa at staircase. I came to room first, we saw them standing above you, they were dragging you on the bed. We don't know what their intentions were but the women had a very sharp wire. I ran fast, kicked Yunho in his knees so he could fall, took you in my arms and put in safe place. Oddly enough the woman haven't done anything to stop me. We asked them what were their doing, who are they, what are they doing here. But the women said 'How can you not remember me? The kingdoms best and highest fairy, Amaris? How could you, you people are really the worst' and she placed her hand on her heart and then disappeared into Wolfsbane flowers. We searched everything, there's no sight where they can be. And if they are, they aren't in castle" he did an upside down smile „Rest for now and when you're gonna have time I'll need to ask you what you saw and heard" Yeosang said and was almost ready to stand and leave the room

"I can tell you now" Dae took a sip of tea, looking deeply in the cup "Sooner I tell you, better with investigation"

"Okey then, please tell me Dae, you know her?" Yeosang took out his little notebook

"She said she's my mother" everybody went silent, these words caused shock but also confusion. Dae wasn't even sure of how absurd it sounded, she let this slide out of her mouth without any thinking.

"Well the policeman, who have had your case,  wanted to talk to me, maybe he have something" Yeosang tried to comfort the situation somehow "Okey, now, Amaris wanted something from you, tell me what was it?"
