i was woken up by yukio, i rubbed my eyes and saw a bead of sweat drop down the side of his face
y/n: whats wrong?
yukio: i think Neuhaus is after rin
i nodded and got out of bed before putting my combat gear on, i equipped my gauntlets and walked out with yukio, i waited outside rins room and saw Neuhaus walk in, yukio walked in behind him and confronted his fellow exorcist, suddenly Neuhaus ran out, i tried to grab him but he defended, we followed him to the roof and engaged in battle, before i knew it yukio was tossed to the side, thats when Neuhaus spawned his highest ranking naberius, i dodged the attacks and shot at it before i saw it get engulfed in blue flames
y/n: rin!
he rushed in but got knocked back by a holy water grenade, rin was grabbed by the naberius and was nearly killed, i managed to destroy the summoning circle and pointed my rifle at Neuhaus as rin held his blade to his teachers throat, as they conversed, Neuhaus explained what happened and why he hates rin
Neuhaus: i'm going to kill you! EVEN IF IT MEANS I DIE DOING IT!
he impaled rin with a demon hand but rin grinned at him
rin: did that make you feel any better?
Neuhaus cancelled his attack and took a step back, as rin sheathed his sword he pled that Neuhaus didn't involved innocent people again, the injured teacher then made his way off the roof, i walked up to rin alongside yukio
yukio: its already starting to heal up
rin: you know me, i did always heal up quick...
shiemi then ran over so i took a step back
y/n: yukio, if you need anything, let me know
he nodded and i headed downstairs, i put on my work trousers and a black polo top before i headed over to my cars, i pushed the fiesta into the make shift garage and got it on axle stands, i sent the running gear off to be powder coated and fitted with poly bushes, i got the engine on a stand and stripped it down, i then took measurements and started stripping down the gearbox, i got online and ordered performance parts, i waited for them to be delivered so i painted the engine bay on the fiesta and started taking measurements to fit the cosworths running gear, as i was working, my classmates walked in
Sophie: hey y/n
Dan: what are you doing?
y/n: building my new project car
rin: yep! and I've been helping him!
Dan: really? y/n you've replaced me already?!
y/n: he asked if he could
i started cutting away parts of the body so i could fit the running gear, the others ended up heading to the library to study, i kept working and started welding, the running gear got dropped off so i started making new chassis rails and mounts, i got everything lined up and fitted the rear subframe, just as i did i felt someone place their hands on my shoulders, i didn't have to turn around to know who it was
y/n: what do you want Sophie?
Sophie: just came to check on you, make sure you're okay
y/n: i'm fine
Sophie: do you want any help?
y/n: yeah you can lend a hand if you want
she smiled and hugged me
Sophie: yay!
i rolled my eyes but let a smile creep onto my face, we spent the rest of the day working on the car and got all the running gear in place except for the engine and box, we both had a shower and Sophie turned to me
