As Skyler and his group made their way back towards the exit of the massive walls, they couldn't shake off the feeling of unease lingering in the air. The ruins of the modern city they had explored felt ominous, like a silent witness to the passage of time and the mysteries hidden within its crumbling structures.

Wilhelm and other Germans, kept a watchful their eyes on the surroundings, their instincts honed by years of battlefield experience. Skyler, too, remained alert, his mind racing with questions about the origins of the strange city and the purpose of the walls he had summoned.

As they reached the entrance, the towering walls loomed overhead, casting long shadows across the landscape. Skyler couldn't help but feel a sense of relief at the sight of the open sky beyond the walls, a reminder of the world outside waiting for them.

"Let's go," he said, his voice steady despite the lingering sense of uncertainty. "We have much to report to the others."

With that, they stepped out of the walls and back into the light of day, ready to return to the villagers and face whatever challenges awaited them.

Aiden's relief was palpable as he greeted Skyler and Wilhelm upon their return. "I'm so glad you're both safe," he exclaimed, his voice tinged with concern "so...what happen?"

Skyler offered a reassuring smile, though his thoughts were still consumed by the mysteries of the city they had encountered. "It's hard to explain," he admitted, "but we should come inside. I found a spot that seems safe enough for the villagers to stay."

Aiden hesitated, his brow furrowing with uncertainty. "Is it truly safe?" he asked, his eyes searching Skyler's for reassurance.

Skyler paused for a moment, weighing his words carefully. "Well, yes and no," he replied honestly. "But it's the best option we have for now."

After a moment of consideration, Aiden nodded in agreement. "Alright," he said, his voice resolute. "Let's go inside and see what we can find."

As the villagers entered the entrance of the walls, they were met with a sight unlike anything they had ever seen before. The towering skyscrapers of the ruined city stretched up towards the sky, their crumbling facades and broken windows standing as silent sentinels of a forgotten era. The streets below were littered with debris and overgrown with weeds, painting a picture of desolation and decay.

Wide-eyed and filled with wonder, the villagers marveled at the sight before them. To them, this was a world of magic and mystery, a place where the echoes of a bygone civilization still whispered in the wind. They had never seen structures so tall, so imposing, so... otherworldly.

The villagers whispered amongst themselves, their voices hushed in reverence and fear. To them, this was an ancient and mysterious place, a realm of ghosts and shadows that dared not be disturbed.

Skyler, who had experienced the marvels of modern architecture in his previous life, watched their reactions with a mixture of nostalgia and curiosity. For him, this was a familiar sight, a reminder of the world he had left behind. But even he couldn't deny the awe-inspiring nature of the cityscape spread out before them.

As they ventured deeper into the heart of the city, the air grew thick with dust and the sound of their footsteps echoed off the crumbling walls. Each corner turned revealed new wonders and new dangers, as they navigated the labyrinthine streets in search of shelter and safety.

For the villagers, this journey into the unknown was a testament to their resilience and their determination to survive. And as they pressed onward, guided by the light of hope and the promise of a better tomorrow, they knew that no matter what trials lay ahead, they would face them together.
