It was summer break. The jade winglet(We decided to name the group 'jade winglet') met in the school garage. "I'll miss you guys SO MUCH!" Kinkajou said, so loudly that a few students looked our way. "Ssh, you diseased parrot!" Winter hissed. Winter was very attractive and I had the smallest bit of crush on him, but he could be so mean sometimes! "I'll miss you guys too." Qibli said, glancing my way. "I'll really miss all of you too." I said, and I meant it. I was always alone in Solisia, and making friends was a big change. "I'll miss you all, too." Turtle said. "Winter?" Qibli said. "Ugh, fine. I'll miss all of you too. Don't get me wrong - you're still all so aggravating. But at least you're a lot better than my family." He said. "What's wrong with your family?" Kinkajou asked. "They can be a little
..um...uh-strict." Winter said. Strange. Winter never stutters. "Moon!" Mom called, interrupting my thoughts. "Coming!" I yelled, and I ran to the car. "Did you have a good time at school?" My mom asked once I got into the car. "Yeah!" I said. My mom smiled. "Any crushes?" "No!" I said, blushing. "Ooh you totally do~" Mom said. "Promise you won't be mad?" I asked. My mom hates Glacians. "Yes." "Fine. It's a boy named Winter."
