I got into the limousine Thorn sent for me and rode to Desertaia. Thorn was waiting for me in the gate of the Desert house. "How was school, Qibs?" She asked. "Great!" I said. "I made some friends and I'm popular too!" "Any crushes?" "N-n-no!" I said. "You're stuttering and you're blushing. You have a crush, don't you?" "Y-yes, but I'm not telling you." I said. "Please?" Thorn said, making puppy dog eyes at me. "Fine. It's a Stellan named Moonwatcher." "I think you two would make a great couple." Thorn said munching on a piece of roasted lizard. "I thought you hated Stellans?" I said. "Not if my Qibli boy is in love with one!" She said. I laughed. It was nice to know that someone voted for me and Moon.
