So much for such a kid.

Jisoo thought as she packed her bags and cleaned her room that she'd never see again, but somehow, she was happy.

She was happy she wouldn't have to care for these people, she could live her life, and be better.

She even got accepted for the online jobs she applied for as a freelancer.

It was a first in many days for her to smile...

But surely not the last.

Hopefully...

Packing her stuff up wasn't that hard, given the fact she had very little stuff.

So that she could do it in a day, and the rest 2 days, 

She went out to shop for one day and studied for the other day.

Which all went well, she wasn't sad, finally.

Such a fun time she had those days.

It was finally the last night,

Just some hours later, she'd be living with Irene.

It made her happy and terrified her all at the same time.

It was quite a complex emotion she felt.

But she tried to keep her worry away, knowing she'd start a new life, all alone.

Finally.

Well not all alone but with her best friend.

Someone who was really trustable, 

not like her own family who abused her.

She liked the fact of leaving, but was sad because she would never even see them again. 

Atleast her night sobs would be lesser, and she'll enjoy right?

RIGHT?!

She was stepping in a different life it felt so fascinating.

Her mind was so free yet so cluttered, and no one knew how?

So she went on her favourite app, Pinterest.

It felt peaceful until she read,

"A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor"

How bad did it hurt in her heart when she read it.

She kept thinking she was the one taking an easier way which she never deserved, but it wasn't her that was taking an easier way, it was really someone else...

Taehyung.

Did he really just act or was it something else? 

She hated how she kept thinking about him, and stomped her feet like a 5 year old.

Maybe she was a kid like he said.

Or maybe she was just over-stimulated.

Who knows? 

She just wanted to get to the bottom of why he stopped talking all of a sudden.

The night went by fast and it was already her getting ready for the day.

Her last day at her parent's house.

It was never a home to her, just people.

Anyhow, she was firm on leaving.

She went out and said her last bye at 11.00AM

And a new life welcomed her, 

The area she lived in for half her life felt so new today.

Like she was reborn in another world!

It felt so bright and peaceful,

Almost too good to be true.

All the years of doom felt like they vanished from her memories.

It finally felt so free.

"You know those dogs when their off leash, they have zoomies, I feel just like that!" 

She squealed to her friend on the phone.

Just hoping that she won't also be like the dogs when they are tired and go back to their owners, because she doesn't even have that option.

She was going to be picked up by Irene in a while so she waited until then.

The world looked so colourful and vivid for some reason, something she had never seen before, 

Her smile was also the brightest and most adorable today, It was the first time in a while that she felt so good. 

It felt almost..

Unreal. 

"Come on Let's go! What are you thinking about babe?" Irene exclaimed, Just as excited as Jisoo.

"Yeaa, I'm getting in, sorry I was just lost in my own world for a second" Jisoo Replied giggling while she sat in Irene's car.

"The car ride would be approximately 2-3 hours, that fine?" Irene asked the girl who was already lost in her book, such a book worm she was.

"Earth to Jisoo, Come out of your book now" Irene said.

"Huh! oh right, yea that's fine" Jisoo stuttered.

They both chuckled on that, and talked the whole car ride!

It was a first for Jisoo, talking so much, smiling and laughing freely.

It was so pleasant for the first time in her life.

Well, maybe not first, but it was surely the best!
