It was almost afternoon and Vanessa was still sleeping because the brothers decided to not to disturb her. Since they have got to know about her disease they are working from home not having strong heart to leave her alone. They were working in their study room until she was sleeping. No one was talking to each other because only her health concern was going on in their minds.
Suddenly Vanessa felt something wet down in her lower region. She frowned in her sleep and suddenly a pain shot in her stomach which earned a painful groan from her. She twisted and turned in her bed due to pain and then a sudden realization hit her. She sat up on her bed in an instant and threw the duvet away from her.
She saw a huge patch of blood at the bed sheet which made her scared a little not knowing what to do. She has ruined the whole bed sheet with her period blood. She slapped her forehead for not remembering her date properly. Climbing down the bed she snatched the bed sheet from the bed and took her to the bathroom and started washing it.
After twenty minutes she came out putting it in a dryer to fetch her clothes. As she was moving towards the closet her gaze fell on something new in her room. She immediately walked towards the bed side table and her eyes shone in happiness when she took a look at that thing closely. It was a period care and snacks hamper which means the brothers remembered her date.

When she went through it she saw so many types of sanitary items and snacks including chocolates and refreshing drinks. But she frowned because if the brothers had done it they could have give it to her simply and remind her of her date and that meant only one thing.
It was done by Joaquin. He is not talking to her but remembered her date so he silently kept the hampers for her. She knew he is so much thoughtful about her and still cares for her. Immediately guilt washed over her when she recalled how she had hurt him by not telling about her disease. She looked down her feet in sadness.
But then she saw the trail of blood trickling down her thigh and she remembered that she is bleeding. She immediately slapped her forehead and picked up the necessary things from the hamper and entered inside the bathroom. She filled the tub with Luke warm water and put some bath bombs which she got from the hamper.
