//CHAPTER 14.2
Cyan (Finally omg-)
And then, the moment of truth arrives,
The hunter strikes, swift and precise.
The prey falls, a final gasp,
The cycle of life, a brutal beauty.

Cyan stomped her way down the tracks, following the cart ahead of her.
Her Predator Form guided her down the twisting tunnel. She could smell the humans up ahead. Cyan was enjoying the chase, it had been a long time since she'd had such a rush while hunting her prey.
Cyan remembered seeing Orange cutting one of the carts off, before the other two had veered out of the way. While she was surprised to see Orange, she was certainly grateful for the assistance.
Now, she watched the carts pick up speed as they veered right, almost crashing into a square-shaped metal door.
However, the big door flew open just before they could crash into it, and the humans in the carts hurtled down a long ramp, disappearing from sight.
Cyan let out a roar of frustration, sliding to a stop just before she herself went tumbling down the ramp.
She considered whether or not to follow them. If this was a garbage chute of some sort, then they were certainly dead, right?
But if it wasn't...then they might get away. They might find a way to the surface.
Cyan knew it was risky, but she was willing to go above and beyond to taste their fresh, juicy blood as she ripped them limb from limb. She wanted to hear the screams, to smell their fear.
She shook her head, trying to focus as she stepped forwards. The square door opened for her as well, and she slid down the metal ramp.
Cyan managed to keep her balance pretty well. But she didn't expect for there to be a big drop off at the end of the ramp.
She ungracefully tumbled to the ground, rolling onto her back. She had landed on a heap of old matresses and also some trash.
As Cyan flailed her feet, trying to stand up, she let out a strangled cry. As she turned her head to look to the side, she saw the two humans that she had been chasing. They were standing by a door on the other side of the room, looking on in fear.
One of the humans reached down to pick something up, and Cyan realized that it was one of the Lookies.
It was then that Cyan realized that there were Lookies all over the room, rolling around. Almost as if they had also been on the ride.
As Cyan saw the one human pick up the pink Lookie and put it into a bag they wore on their back, she felt a rush of protectiveness. Those were her Lookies that they just touched. She would not tolerate this.
Cyan roared one more time and finally managed to right herself, standing up with a loud growl. The two humans jumped backwards, and the door behind them also flew open.
Cyan's eyes widened as the two humans made a run for it. She began to dash after them, feeling a rush of fear as she saw them far ahead of her, pelting down the long hallway.
Where was the dead end that Red had mentioned? Did they pass it already?
Cyan didn't know. She just kept running after them, hoping that she could get them.
She picked up the pace, smiling with delight as she saw that she was getting closer to them. Cyan sniffed the air again, smelling the familiar tang of fear radiating off of her prey.
Oh, how she loved to watch them suffer.
Just then, one of the humans tripped and fell to the ground with a loud thud. Cyan pounded up to them, watching them as they struggled to stand up again.
As Cyan came closer, she saw that it was not the human who had taken a Lookie with them. She growled again in pure frustration and wasted no time in taking care of her prey.
She slammed her foot down on top of their head, hearing a satisfying crunching sound. Cyan felt the warm sticky blood beginning to pool around the human, and could no longer resist the urge to feast.
Cyan began to tear up the corpse with urgency, starting with the appendages before finally beginning to tear into the juicy organs.
She wanted to chase down the other human, to make sure her Lookie was okay, but she was so, so hungry for blood.
Cyan glanced up as she heard a sharp pitched sound coming from the end of the hallway. The other human was looking on in horror at Cyan, screaming loudly.
The Rainbow Friend took the opportunity to leave the few bloodied chunks of meat that remained behind and start chasing them. The human began to run again with a loud screech.
Cyan clanged her teeth together, creating a loud noise that she hoped would slow down the human. However, the human didn't.
As Cyan continued to run, she realized with a wave of fear that there was a wall of metal bars at the end of the long hallway. The bars were large enough for the human to escape through, but definitely not herself.
The human managed to reach the bars and squeeze themselves through, just as Cyan was about to bite down on them.
Cyan slammed into the bars, unable to reach the human who was now backing away in fear as she tried to get through. She rammed them again and again, but they didn't give.
She let out a loud roar. How was she supposed to finish her job?!
Cyan backed away, trying to find any way that she could get through, but she saw nothing.
Just then, something caught her eye.
In the corner of the room, on the human's side of the bars, was a small vent.
Very, very slowly, two Purple hands slid out of the vent, inching towards the human from behind.
Cyan stopped pushing against the bars to watch. She smiled as she saw them get closer, and closer....
Then, the hands darted forwards, wrapping around the human and quickly dragging them towards the vent. The human let out a terrified scream as the vent flipped open and they disappeared into the darkness.
Cyan waited until she heard the scared noises of the human abruptly stop.
She nodded with satisfaction and turned to leave as she heard the banging in the vent fading away.
They had done it. They had killed all of the humans.
