Bad idea! {Paige Bueckers}

I woke up abruptly to my Alarm going off. It was currently 2:30 am. I had to be at the athletic building at 3:30. To get on the bus to the airport. I got up out of bed feeling half dead. I went to my mini fridge and pulled out my favorite Celsius I was gonna need it.

After grabbing my drink I went to my bathroom to do my skin care. After I finished my skin care routine I packed it up and stuck it in my suitcase along with the rest of my things like my hair brush and deodorant. I quickly changed from my silk pjs into the hoodie Paige had given me and a pair of grey sweats. I slipped on my Ugg slippers and grabbed my suitcase and back pack before heading out the door.

I loaded my suitcase into the back seat of my car before getting in and driving in silence to the athletic building. Once I got there it was about 3:15 and I was the only one there. I knew I needed to go into the building to get the equipment bags but I couldn't as I would need Genos keys to get in.

So instead I laid my seat back and closed my eyes. Before hearing a nock on my window I rolled it down to see Paige kk and Azzi. I unlocked my car kk and Azzi getting in the back seat and Paige in the passenger seat. "Are you excited??" Kk asked having way to much energy for it being 3am.

"I'm very excited but I also feel dead." I said spinning around in my seat so I was facing kk and Azzi. Paige did the same and slightly leaned over the center console wrapping her arm around my shoulder. Kk continued to go on and on about how she's so nervous but so excited for her first college season game.

But all I could focus on was Paige's gentle touch. I leaned into it more softly resting my head on her shoulder as she rested her chin on top of my head. But before we knew it was time to load up into the bus. "Here Chloe go grab the equipment bags and Paige you help her." Geno said handing me his lanyard with his keys on it.

Paige looked at me and smirked before we began walking towards the entrance of the building. Once we got inside I showed her to the equipment closet. But before I could grab a bag Paige grabbed my waist spinning me around so now I was facing her.

"I'm never gonna get that hoodie back am I?" "Nope not a chance."I said smiling jokingly. Paige looked down into my eyes before leaning in and capturing my lips in a kiss. It was a soft gentle kiss. But quickly became eager and aggressive. She backed me up until she could push me up against the wall.

We continued to kiss Paige's hands wandering to the hem of the hoodie I was wearing before sliding them underneath. "Y'all hurry up-." Nika said barging into the room causing me and Paige to quickly separate. "Oh my god come on you to you can make out later we gotta gooo". Nika said grabbing one of the equipment bags and Paige grabbed the other.

Once we made it back out to the bus the whole team fake exaggerated sighs of relief. "Now I know not to send you to together." Geno said as we walked past him. Me and Paige found our way to the back where Azzi and kk had saved us a seats. I let Paige take the seat closer to the window.

As I settled in Paige pulled me close to her my back resting against her chest. As we drove to the airport me and Paige let the conversation flow lightly before falling asleep. We woke up to the bus coming to a halt and ever standing up. Once I gathered my stuff we exited the bus.

After going through security and checking our bags we made our way to our gate with about an hour before we boarded. Once we border Geno gave us all a seating arrangement based of our last names in alphabetical order.

Once I found my seat I waited to see who would be sitting next to me. When Paige sat down next to me I was surprised. "B and S are nowhere near each other in the alphabet?" "Well these two are."she said pulling me into her arms once again we both relaxed as we took off.

After a while of trying to keep a conversation going we both feel asleep. Something about being in Paige's arms felt so right felt perfect. I felt at peace.

I think I'm falling in love with her.
