Bad idea! {Paige Bueckers}

Part 17

I had just got done with my last class of the day. It was 4:15 by the time I got back to my dorm. Paige was picking me up at 8:00 for our first date. I have never felt this nervous before in my entire life.

Once I got home I took a quick shower not washing my hair. After I showered I made sure to lather my whole body with lotion then a sparkly body oil. I had already shaved everything last night so I was still very smooth.

After that I put on my robe and went to my dresser to pick out a matching set. I went with my pink Victoria's Secret bedazzled set. Once I put that on I put my robe back on then headed back to my bathroom to begin doing my hair.

I curled my hair before doing a half up half down pony with a few prices at the front hanging out. I finished off my hair by clipping in my pink silk bow.

By the time I started on my make up it was about 5:30. I did a simple glowy look not my everyday make up but nothing too extra. Once I was finished with my makeup it was 6:30.

I walked over to where I had hung my dress up the night before when I realized I hadn't set my shoes out. I dug through my closet in search of my converse but when I found them they just had the regular laces in. So it took me about 30 minutes to find my pink silk laces and replace the other ones.

It was about 7:05 when I finished replacing my shoe laces. So I decided it was time for me to get dressed. I slipped my robe of and pulled my dress over my head. I zipped it up as I stood in front of my mirror. It fit perfectly hugging my curves. Once I had my dress on I slipped on a plain white pair of socks before my white converse.

Once I was dressed it was time for the finishing touches. I put on my go to golden van cleef necklaces and matching bracelet. I decided on my bow earrings with a dangling pearl. My mom got them for me for my birthday so I'm not sure where they're from.

Last but definitely not least I sprayed myself with my favorite ysl perfume. Now that I was finally ready it was 7:45. Paige will be here in about 10 minutes. As I wait I double check everything in my mirror making sure my outfit looks good, before sending a picture to Tilly. She had asked me to keep her updated on everything tonight.

Once I had sent the picture to Tilly I grabbed my favorite white Dior saddle bag making sure I had my phone lipped gloss and compact mirror. When I heard a nock at my door. Oh my god that's her. I quickly made my way over to the door. Opening it to see Paige standing there. She was wearing back pants with a plain white shirt and a pink linen button up over top. With flowers in her hand.

Not just any flowers though. My favorite flowers pink gerbera daisies. "Hey uh-you look beautiful." She said stumbling over her words as she looked me up and down. "Um these are for you." She said handing me the flowers.

"How did you know?" I asked her referring to the flowers. "I have my ways. But I also asked Nika. Well I asked the whole team but nika said you guys had talked about it before." I smiled knowing Paige went out of her way to get me my favorite flowers.

"So what are we doing tonight?" I asked her. "That is still a surprise you'll find out when we get there." "Uhg fine. Do you wanna take my car?" I asked her as we made our way out the door.
"Um duh I would love to drive a Porsche." I giggled at her response.

"Well then if you like cars you and my dad would definitely get long." "Oh really?" "Yea he has a whole collection. And I have a few to." "Well now you have to tell me?" She said continuing the conversation. "Well for my 16th birthday I got my first car which is my vintage love shack fancy ford bronco. But I mostly use it as my summer car. Then when I got a good score on my A.C.T I got my white Mercedes Benz. And when I graduated high school my parents gifted me a pink 1950 Cadillac series 62." I said answering her question.

"Holly shit you never told me your parents are loaded. What do they do?" "They own a business together." "That's really cool." She said opening the passenger door for me. "Thank you." I said to her as I climbed into the seat. "So this was your 20th birthday Present?" She asked referring to my Porsche. I nodded my head yes as she began to drive I put on my favorites playlist.

When better than revenge by Taylor swift started playing I heard Paige groan. "What?" I asked her. "You're a Swiftie?" She questioned back. "Yea why? Wait don't tell me you don't like Taylor swift?" "She's not my favorite." Paige said back. "Well you're gonna have to get used to it because in my car we listen to t swift all the time." She simply turned to me and smiled.

After belting the entire better than revenge song to Paige we had arrived. "So now can you tell me what we're doing?" "Yes I can I'm taking you out to dinner then I have another surprise for you later." "You and surprises." I said jokingly as we made our way into the restaurant.

We were seated at a circular booth in the back corner of the restaurant. It was very dimly lit but the candles on the table brightened it up a bit. Me and Paige settled in to the booth sitting slightly across from each other. But soon Paige scooted closer to me so we basically sat side by side.

I looked at the menu as did Paige. A few minutes later our waitress came around and asked us what we wanted to drink. Paige ordered a dirty Sheerly temple and I ordered a glass of rosé. But I didn't skip over the fact that our waitress took her time giving Paige a good look up and down.

Once she walked away Paige set her menu down her hand closest to me settling on my upper thigh causing me to blush. "What are you thinking?" She asked me as I attempted to focus on the menu. "Mhhh I'm thinking the steak. Because of already eaten in front of you I'm definitely not getting a salad." "I love that about you." Paige said locking her eyes with mine.

"Love what?" "That you don't care what others think especially not me." "That's not true I care what you think." "Really?" "Yes really I was so nervous about tonight. But now that it's just me and you I know it's all gonna be ok." I said smiling up at her and just as she was about to lean in to kiss me our waitress showed up with our drinks and took our food order.

After a very long romantic dinner with Paige. We made our way back out to my car. I couldn't help but feel like it couldn't get better than this. But as Paige drove to our second surprise destination. I realized it was about to get a lot better. Once we arrived I already knew where we were. The beach.

I took off my shoes before steeping into the sand. Me and Paige held hands as we walked down to the water. And began splashing water at each other. After I splashed her she picked me up my arms wrapping around her neck and my legs around her waist.

"You look so beautiful." She said to me as she leaned in and close the gap between us. The kiss was so sweet I had never felt that much emotion in a kiss before. When we pulled away Paige set me back down on the ground. "Will you be my girlfriend?"she said still holding eye contact.

"Of course will be your girlfriend."I said pulling her back in for another kiss which didn't last long as Paige was smiling uncontrollably. Not long after we made our way back up to my car. And back to my dorm.

Now it's time for the funnest part of the night.
