{Day 2}

Brooke's POV:

Felix exited Peter's tent. He looked over at me and walked over then sat down next to me.

"Hey." he said with a smile.

"Hey Felix." I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder.

"How's it going? I heard your and Carson's punishment is over." he said staring at the fire then me.

"Yeah it great not having to avoid him anymore." I shrugged.

"So... I have a question."

"Yes?"

"Do you.. well like Carson?"

I perked up and turned my head toward Felix.

"What makes you say that?"

"I don't know. You two just seem close."

"Well no, I don't like Carson like that."

"Well do you have any interest on anyone else?"

"Why are you asking these questions?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"I'm just curious that's all." he said raising his hands in innocence.

"Well I don't know. I'm not 100% sure."

"Who is it?"

"A person."

"And they are...?"

"Someone on this island." I smirked and stood up.

"And that persons name is...?" he said standing also.

"Why do you want to know?" I asked teasingly poking at his stomach causing him to laugh a little. "Does someone like me? Are you trying to get information for this person? Hmmm??"

"Yes and I guess so, I mean I am curious though."

"Well I'm not telling you who it is."

I think he totally forgot about my mixed emotions about Peter.

"Damn it Brooke."

"Sorry." I shrugged. "But it's always great seeing you."

"Oh yeah, I don't know if Pan told you but I wanted to apologize for that one night I yelled at you about him."

"Oh it's ok, I forgive you." I said giving him a hug.

"Good." he smiled hugging me back then kissing my forehead.

Felix is like a big brother to me. He's protecting me and cares about me a lot.  We stood there hugging for a while. I looked up at the sky and saw the sky was turning to a beautiful orangish-red indicating it was sunset.

"Hey wanna go watch the sunset with me?" I asked still hugging him.

"Alright." he said letting go.

We walked off to the beach and sat in the sand. I saw a figure in the distance.

"Hey Felix? Do you see that?" I asked pointing to the figure.

"Yeah, is that...?"

"Peter..."

Then it disappeared.

"You are correct love." I heard a familiar voice say from behind me.

"Gahh!!" I yelled and turned then laughed when I saw it was Peter.

"What are you doing out of camp?"

"Oh well I wanted to watch the sunset and Felix was there so yeah."
