it's so beautiful!" You exclaimed as you stared outside the window of your car.

Niall had been wanting you to visit his hometown of Mullingar for ages, and now that you were both finally free, he had jumped at the opportunity to take you.

"I loved it here." He said with a smile, as he pulled up in front of his old house, then ran around to open your car door for you. His parents were on a holiday vacation , so you two would have the house to yourself for a few days while you were here. You had been to his house before, to meet his parents, but you hadn't gotten to spend any time actually in town or enjoying the new scenery.

"So what do you want to do today?" You asked, walking inside the house with your suitcase, Niall following right after you.

"Why don't we go into town and eat, then go shopping a bit?" He asked, and you quickly agreed.

"Sounds fun! I love food and shopping so it should be fun." You said with a wink, causing you and Niall both to laugh. You two quickly put away your stuff then went into town, walking instead of driving the car, since you weren't too far away.

"So, where do you want to eat?" Niall asked, grabbing your hand and intertwining his fingers with yours, swinging your hands back and forth as you walked.

"Niall, this is my first time really in Mullingar, you really think I know what restaurants are here?" you asked with a laugh.

"Nandos it is!" He cheered, making you laugh.

After a short walk, you were down town and were headed towards the Nandos. After a quick lunch and a few fans recognizing you two, you were ready to shop.

"So, what kind of stores are there here?" you asked, smiling up at him.

"Well, I want to go to this hat store down the street... New snapbacks, ya know?" He asked with a smile, pointing to the snap back he was wearing.

"Well, I want to go girly shopping.. clothes and stuff?" you asked, raising your eyebrows at him.

"Well, there's some smaller boutiques and such that way.." He informed you , pointing down the street to the left.

"Okay, well can we go there next?" You asked, as you neared the hat store.

"You can go by yourself, and I'll meet you over there in a few minutes. Plus we're less likely to be mobbed by fans if we separate." Niall said.

"Good point, I'll see you in a few minutes!" You said, getting on your tip toes to give him a quick kiss on the cheek before heading to the stores. You went down the street and to the left, only to be greeted with a huge street filled with about 20 girly stores. You finally decided on one and went inside, you ended up searching the store forever before you realized you hadn't heard from Niall or seen him at all.

You walked out of the store and down the street, heading for the hat store you had last seen Niall at. You walked forever, only to realize you had gone the wrong way and were now lost, still having no clue where Niall was. You decided your only option was to ask for directions, and you quickly spotted to girls, a few years younger than you, waiting out on the street.

"Hello? Excuse me, but could you explain to me where main street is? Downtown? I got a little lost..." You said with a laugh, as the girls slowly looked at you, realizing who you were.

"You're Niall Horan's girlfriend! (Y/N)! Oh my gosh, does that mean Niall is here?" One of the girls looked around, expecting to see Niall somewhere close by.

"No, Niall's not here..." You lied, and the girls obviously knew it.

"Okay, he's here, but I don't know where he is.. We got separated, and I have no clue where to go now. Last time I saw him, he was looking for snap backs." You explained. The girls stared at you, not knowing what to say.
