I'm thankful for....

I am super super super super thankful for you guys and I want to thank you guys for reading my things and sometimes actually enjoying it thank you so much this one is for you.

this is inspired by thanksgiving so happy thanksgiving and enjoy !

Y O U R  P O I N T  O F  V I E W

You were sitting on a train Niall sitting beside you thanks giving was tomorrow and you and Niall were heading home to see your family. You haven't seen them since Easter and you were so happy you'd get to see your family for a whole day before you would have to leave to go back on tour and then after this you wouldn't be able to see your family until Christmas which you were looking forward to because you were going to be staying until New Years. You didn't live in America any more so it was kinda hard to see them on a daily basis you missed them a lot but Niall helps you through that he's the reason you left and he was worth it you wouldn't have it any other way.

You looked at Niall who was just sitting there looking at his phone, you smiled at him before kissing his cheek catching him off guard.

"I love you." You say and he smiles before opening his arms gesturing for you to come here, you gladly move up to allow him to wrap his arms around you he kisses your head holding you.

"I love you too so much." He responds causing you to smile and just as you're about to respond the train starts making noises cutting you off you jerk up from Niall's arms looking out the window to see sparks flying out of the tracks.

You look at Niall scaredly and before you could do anything or react, darkness surrounded your eyes until they were closed.

"Princess.."

"Princess please wake up." You heard Niall's voice call, you could feel his warm hands on your face, you slowly opened your eyes to be greeted by Niall sighing in relief as he saw you looking at him you were lying down on his lap you one of his arms clenched onto your back you looked around there were people scattered around with suitcases you scrunched your eyebrows together looking around confusedly.

"Where..." You started sitting up from Niall's arms "Where are we?" You asked your eyes landing on his.

"We are at the train station." He explained and you looked at him as he continued "The train couldn't make it to (Your hometown)." He finished and your heart dropped as you thought about what this might've meant.

"Oh no.." You sighed getting up from Niall's lap.

"Will we be able to make it to my family's house in time?" You questioned looking back at him his head dropped low and he wasn't looking you in the eyes and just by that you knew it was bad news.

"With the schedule it's almost impossible to be there for thanksgiving and make it for the next tour date we can try but..." He said and you sighed your eyes filled with tears Niall looked up at you before getting up putting his hand on your shoulder.

"I'm sorry Princ-"

"No.. I know I just I need some time alone." You said moving his hand from your shoulder walking away from, tears spilling out of your eyes as you rushed to the bathroom. You just wanted to see your family that's all, You had been so busy with school and work and Niall that you rarely thought of them but then you realized that you shouldn't treat your family like that when your best friend's dad died you realized that you should cherish the time that they were still there because who knows what will happened . You felt so bad and you just wanted to go home and apologize you wanted to thank them for everything and make sure they knew how much you cared and loved them.

You stood in the bathroom for what felt like forever people coming in and out some asking were you okay some lending you tissue but you just couldn't stop you felt horrible you wanted to spend your thanksgiving with your family eating real food laughing and smiling with them but instead you were going to be spending it here in whatever city you were in you didn't even know where you were besides the fact that you were at a train station, you knew you should've took a plane like Niall said but you weren't thinking straight. You sighed thinking about it.. Niall was right, You looked in the mirror immediately feeling bad about how you just treated Niall all he was trying to do was be there for you and you completely shut him out, he didn't deserve that, it wasn't his fault the train couldn't make it to its destination, you walked back outside looking around to find Niall until your eyes landed on a distressed Niall running his hands through his hair you ran up to him immediately wrapping your arms around him.

"I'm so sorry Niall I didn't mean to shut you out I'm so thankful for you and if I have to miss not being at my parents house I'm glad I'm missing it with you I love you so much Niall I'm so sorry." You said all together taking a deep breath after speaking he looked at you surprisedly before speaking.

"I'm sorry we couldn't make it princess I know how much seeing your family meant to you." He apologized and you shook your head.

"It's okay Ni there's always next time." You assured him

"I love you." He smiled at you

"I love you too." You smiled and he pulled you into a hug before taking your hand in his kissing you sweetly.

This was gonna be longer but I'm already late for thanksgiving soooo..... Yeah (:
