Your POV:

Baby Lizzie is on your chest and you're looking down at her and you can't believe how beautiful and tiny she is. Mark is standing right next to you looking down at her with such love in his eyes. The nurses have left you alone to bond with Lizzie.
"I'm so proud of you baby you did amazing." Mark says.
"Thank you my love." You say.
After a while a nurse comes in.
"Alright I'm going to show you how to hold her properly so her head is supported." She says.
You nod. She helps you sit up then adjusts Lizzie so she's in your arms instead of lying on your chest.
"This is the best way to hold her." She says.
She shows you a few more ways.
"Dad would you like to hold her?" She turns and asks Mark. He nods.
She picks Lizzie up gently and instructs Mark to sit in a chair nearby. She then places her in his arms.
He looks down at her and you see tears start to well up in his eyes.
"Hi my beautiful princess. I'm your daddy. I'm going to protect you with my life. I love you so much already baby girl." He says. She looks up at Mark and holds his finger with her little hand. Mark holds her for a while then your mom goes over to Mark to see her.
"Oh my god she's gorgeous." Your mom says putting her hand over her mouth.
"Do you want to hold her?" Mark asks.
Your mom nods.
"I'd love to." She says.
She picks Lizzie up from Marks arms and holds her expertly. She starts tearing up as she looks down at her.
"Oh you're such a beautiful girl aren't you." She says.
"She really is." You say.
"What's her name?" Your mom asks.
"Elizabeth Rose Fischbach." You say.
"Oh that's such a pretty name sweetheart. I love that." She says.
"Do you want me to go get your dad so he can meet her?" Mark asks.
You nod.
"Yes please baby thank you." You say.
Mark leaves the room and comes back not long after with your dad following him.
Your dad comes over to you first and gives you a hug.
"Hi sweetheart how do you feel?" He asks.
"Very tired and a little sore but so happy." You say smiling.
"I bet I'm so proud of you." He says.
"Thanks dad." You say.
Your dad turns to where your mom is with Lizzie.
He then goes over to them.
"Oh she's perfect honey." He says when he sees her.
Your mom hands her to him and he looks down at her in awe.
"Hi little one I'm your grandpa. I'm the one that's going to sneak you candy before dinner even when your parents and grandma say no because I won't be able to say no to that adorable little face of yours." He says. Everyone laughs.
"You're so loved already baby girl and we're so happy to welcome you to the world." He says.
He then turns to you.
"What's her name honey?" He asks.
"Elizabeth Rose Fischbach." You say.
"That's a beautiful name I love it." He says.
"Thanks dad." You say.
You all take turns holding Lizzie for a while and take some pictures before Mark texts Ethan and B/F/N. You wanted to wait a bit to tell them so you could soak up the time alone with her with your parents and Mark since it's your first child and their first grandchild. Not long after B/F/N and Ethan come to the hospital room. B/F/N rushes over to you.
"Oh my gosh girl, how do you feel?" She asks.
"Not too bad just tired and a little sore." You say.
"Well that's good news." She says.
"Do you want to hold her?" You ask.
"I'd love to." She says.
You carefully hand Lizzie to her.
"Hi baby girl I'm your aunt B/F/N. I'm going to spoil you so much. I love you so much already." She says.
After a while she hands her to Ethan.
"Hi I'm your uncle Ethan or Uncle Eth as your mama calls me. I love you already my beautiful goddaughter. Your dad and I are going to fight off all the boys and you won't have a boyfriend until you're 30." Ethan says. Everyone laughs.
"Or girlfriend we won't judge." B/F/N adds.
"Of course." Ethan says.
After a while you video call everyone to show them Lizzie. First you call Marks mom.
"Hi son how are you?" She asks in Korean.
"I'm amazing mom I have someone who wants to meet you." Mark says.
He then adjusts the camera so his mom can see Lizzie.
"Oh my goodness my granddaughter. She's perfect." She says in Korean.
She calls Tom into the room and he comes in and sees Lizzie on the screen.
"Aww congratulations bro she's adorable." He says.
"Thank you." He says.
He then calls Bob, Wade, and Felix as well as their partners. They all fawn over Lizzie and say how cute she is.
After the last call you hang up.
You then set Lizzie on your chest and she latches on to your nipple and starts feeding.
"Oh good girl clever girl." You say.
She feeds until she's full then she settles back into your chest. You spend the rest of the day bonding with her and you, Mark, and your parents take turns changing her. The nurses show you how to change her and swaddle her properly as well as everything else you need to know. They make sure Lizzie is in good health and measure her length and weight.
They said you'll be able to go back home tomorrow and you can't wait. You hate hospitals and can't wait to finally take your little girl home. You've never been happier in your life. You love her so much it's unbelievable.
