Watching the British croissant of a man ripping the throat out of some Vindiction human was probably the hottest thing I have ever seen. I really had to remind myself to look for Kol.
I ran into a room, vials on the white table, full of blood and... is that... no..
"What is it?" Lorenzo asked as he came up next to me. His chin had blood dripping down it. Hot.
I don't answer him right away as I go over to the vial and pick it up. Holding it up to the light to examine it. It was a coppery color. Not like blood. And held a shimmer to it. I glared at it.
"It's my blood." I mumbled as Lorenzo walked over to look at the shimmering liquid. He frowned and looked over at me, confused.
"Are you a fairy or something? Do they exist?" He asked in a very serious tone. I laughed and shook my head.
"No... but I'm definitely a special species." I said as I squeezed my hand into a fist around the vial, crushing it and letting the blood inside drip before turning into smoke and evaporating. Lorenzo looked even more confused.
"Love.. as of right now, you could tell me you were the daughter of Santa Clause, and I would believe you." I laughed at him, shaking my head.
"Definitely not. He isn't real." I told him with a grin. "Come on. We need to find my friend, and then we can burn this place to a crisp."
"Fine. But I expect answers soon, love. Like why your bite made me want you more than blood itself." He looked at me before speeding out of the room with me.

I paused by a door where I could hear someone speaking. Peeking inside, I saw Kol strapped to a table, drugged. A man with blonde hair looking at some blood he had.
"Your friend and you are different... the stakes should have killed you both." The man said as Kol rolled his eyes in annoyance on the table.
"I prefer to be considered special." Kol snarked. The man barely even acknowledged him.
"Your blood is average.. nothing special about it. But hers.. " The man trailed off, and I saw the syringe in his hand was full of my blood. How much did they take while I was unconscious?
I watched the man examine my blood before turning to take it to Kol. Frozen, I watched as he brought the syringe near Kol.
"How would you respond to this?" The man questioned. I felt Lorenzo behind me, watching as well. Both of us curious. I was more so frozen.
The man pushed the needle into Kols arm, injecting my shimmering blood into him slowly.
The veins in Kols arm bulged. Looked strained. My eyes looked to Kols face. He looked pained. He lets out a long growling hiss as he tries to pull out of the restraints, but he's too drugged.
"What the..." Lorenzo whispered from behind me as the lights flickered. The restraints on Kol snapped off without him moving. He was off the table within seconds, his fangs in the scientist neck.
My blood did something to Kol.
I moved slightly, drawing Kols attention to me. His eyes were darker than before. Fangs extended, and veins ran under his eyes. Like he was fully vamped out.
"Kol..?" I questioned quietly with caution. Kol growled at me before lunging at me. I let out a cry of surprise as he slammed me against the wall and turned to Lorenzo. Oh god..
I ignored the pain of my skull healing and ran at Kol, tackling him to the ground. I quickly twisted his neck, breaking it and causing him to fall unconscious.
"What the hell was that?" Lorenzo asked in shock. "Did your blood do that to him?"
"I... I don't know." I get off Kol and pull him over my shoulder. "Let's just get out of here. We need to get to Mystic Falls. I have a dagger we can put in him until we figure out what the hell just happened.
Lorenzo nodded and sped off with me. But before we left Whitmore, I threw a match, lighting the building up into flames.
Now I needed a witch. That might be Kols only cure...
