Standing there in a damp cave like dungeon was not on my bucket list. But here I was. Kol was awake. Hissing at us through the bars. God. He was acting rabid.

"So, what now?" Enzo asked as he eyed Kol.

"I have a witch and his brother coming to assist me soon. Just have to wait since everyone thinks the world evolves around them." I mumbled as I stepped closer to the bars. "Kol? Can you even hear me?"

Kol glared at me and hissed viciously. I could see magic in his fingers. But he didn't know he had it, clearly, or he would be using it to kill us.

My phone rang with the caller ID being a simple lip emoji.

"Am I'm going to have many british callers in my lifetime?" I hummed into the phone with a smile.

"I'm in Mystic Falls... where am I to meet you?" The Mikaelson brother asked. So formal. So posh. I rolled my eyes.

"Hmmm, meet me at that little bar in town. It seemed quite quaint when I had walked by it today." I tried my best to mock his posh accent. Enzo grinned at me when I looked at him. He got a kick out of my antics. Clearly, the man on the phone did not.

"I'll be there in one minute." With that, he hung up. Rude.

I put my phone away and looked to Enzo.

"Mind guarding our feral cat in there? I'll try not to be long." Enzo nodded and stepped towards me.

"You are an incredible woman." He whispered before leaning in and moving to kiss me. I turned my head at the last minute. His lips connect with my cheek.

Don't look at me like that. I don't know why I didn't want his kiss yet. But I wasn't ready for it. Not when I was still thinking about hazel eyes that I had left behind. That was probably screwing some whore. Sage... what kind of name is that anyway?

"You'll be safe, won't you, love?" Enzo asked. I don't know when he started acting like I was his, but I wasn't complaining.

"Original or not, he can't kill me." I kissed his cheek before flashing away.

Walking into the 'Grill' was a change of atmosphere. There was a group of girls gossiping at a booth. The girl I noticed was  the one I nearly killed. The Stefan vampire was over there with them. His greenish eyes looked at me the moment I came in.

I wiggled my fingers at him before turning to look for the man I was meeting here. One caught my attention immediately.

A man in a nice suit, sleeves rolled up to reveal arms... veiny and muscular arms. His jaw was sharp and tight as he stared at the girl I had nearly killed.

I bit my lip. She wasn't That pretty. I pouted slightly before sauntered over to him.

"You know.. if you stare at her long enough, she might combust." I hummed as I took a seat. The man looked at me and frowned as his brown eyes traced my face before flicking cautiously over my body.

He was a very handsome man. Definitely my type.

"You are the woman I was meeting here? The one who had my brother?" He questioned in a posh accent. British. Definitely my type. I smiled and held my hand out to him.

"Eleanor Hurt." I introduced. The man looked at my hand before taking it carefully.

"Elijah Mikaelson." He gave the back of my hand a light caress with his thumb before letting my hand go. "You have Kol locked away?" He asked, instantly jumping to the reason he was here.

"Mmm, we should speak elsewhere. I happen to know there is a noisy vampire in this bar, and I'd rather not air my dirty laundry." I got up and glanced at Stefan, who had frowned. He was looking at the girl, though, not me.

"Fine. Take me to him." Elijah demanded. I bet he was demanding in bed, too. Probably the type to spank a girl when she misbehaved... those hands could spank me anytime..

"So demanding.. is that a British thing? Or a Mikaelson thing?" I asked as we walked out of the Grill. Elijah looked at me.

"Do you know many Mikaelsons?" He questioned. I nodded.

"I've met my share. Six to be exact." I smiled at my past meetings.

"So, you must have met all of my siblings? Kol, Finn, Rebekah, and Niklaus?" He questioned, and I nodded.

"Klaus is the cat in my little cat-mouse game I have going on. Clearly, he has never seen Tom and Jerry." I smiled at him as we walked. "The mouse always wins."

"My brother is not someone to play games with. He could easily just kill you." Elijah warned. He was such a buzz kill.

"He's tried. Clearly, he didn't know that death couldn't die twice." I twirled some of my red hair.

"You consider yourself death?" Elijah looked down at me. Those brown eyes held so much dominance. It made my core purr.

"I've been known to circle death.. have you heard of the Reaper?" I asked. Elijah looked thoughtful.

"I've heard that name tossed around a bit.. A monster that has been massacring villages. Skinning humans alive.. burying them alive.." He nods. I grinned as I reminisced.

"All me." I hummed happily. Elijah looked at me sternly. "Oh, don't give me that look! They deserved it. The things they did... sinful." Elijah stared at me as if trying to read my story like a book. "Right down here."

I led Elijah down into the Lockwood cellar and opened the wooden door. Enzo was leaning against a wall, and Charlie(Apple) was drawing in the dirt.

The moment Enzo saw me, he flashed over and kissed my knuckles.

"You've returned. This baby vamp hasn't shut up. Please, love.. don't leave me with him again." Enzo begged. I giggled as Elijah frowned at Enzos's hand, holding mine.

"Hey! I didn't talk the whole time!" Charlie pouted. I shook my head as I nodded towards Kol, who was flashing around in his cell. Elijah looked to his younger brother and frowned more.

"What did you do?"
