Yes! It is another Armin one! What? Don't act like he's all that bad, he's adorable!! And he's my favorite out of the bunch! What? Just me? No? Okay.

Anywho! This one is dedicated to @Imaginemarvel's friend, Sky (sorry I don't know your username) and it goes out to all this shy people out there reading this. I can relate pretty well with you guys, I'm shy myself if you ever meet me in person. But that shouldnt stop you from getting out there and making friends! Anyways, this one shot should explain.

You hurriedly write down notes as your chemistry teacher, Ms. Hanji spoke fairly fast not even giving you enough time to finish writing down one word before going on to the next.

"Today you'll be working with partners! Yay!" She says enthusiastically as she flailed her arms in her lab coat she always wore. Her glasses sparkling dramatically with passion.

You drop your pen in your hands at the mention of "partners" You didn't do well with partners let alone anyone really. Too shy to speak a word to anybody. Expect your best friend (insert best friends name) you never stuttered around her and you were actually really fun and loud with her. You were nice, funny, exiting, adventurous-name anything and you were that!

"Come on (y/n)! Don't be so shy! You're really cool, nice, and fun! If you only talked more, then people would realize how great you are!" (best friend) said.

You smile at her words. It's easier said than done. You were like a turtle in a shell. You really tried talking more but you were very shy and quiet so it was difficult.

Most people thought you were mute since you never talked to almost no body and when you did you would answer with a nod or stutter a single word.

But you knew you couldn't get out of being paired since Ms. Hanji loved pairing people in partners. Your stomach tightens as she begins to read off the names of who and who will be paired together.

"Eren, with Connie."

"Jean with Marco." (Hehe)

"Sasha with Mikasa."

"Annie with Berthodlt."

As she went down the list, your stomach tightened as you waited for your name to be called. As more and more peoples name are being called and yours being delayed you start to think she hadn't paired you with someone after all until-

"(Y/n)-" she stops a moment and you hitched a breath waiting for your partners name to be called.

"With Armin." She sets down the clipboard and allows everyone to move and sit with their assigned partner. You look around seeing everyone was familiar with everyone. Others high fiving each other, and others already talking. You shrink into your chair. He probably won't even help...Maybe You should just do the project yourself and he could sign his name on it instead of-

"Hi." a voice said beside you, startling you. You turned to meet with a boy with blue eyes and a mess of blonde hair.

"May I sit with you?" He asked, his voice soft and smooth. You try to answer, your mouth opening and closing deciding if you should say anything. But you just nod to him and turn your attention back to Ms. Hanji. He slips into the chair beside you and you tense at his presence.
