A lost heart...(ErenxSad!Reader!!)

ATTENTION!! ALL READERS!! WARNING: THIS MAY KILL FEELS!! IF YOU DO NOT!! I REPEAT-NOT!! WANT YOUR FEELS TORN APART AND STITCHED BACK TOGETHER THEN I HIGHLY ADVICE FOR YOU NOT TO READ IT!!....unless you want too. And I may add, that I wrote this one because it's the exact feeling I am having right now (>_<) it's not the exact same situation but somewhat similar...just feel depressed and writing helps me try...to get over it....

Your palms are sweaty and your heart is racing. You take a sharp breath in and exhale slowly. You're scared, frightened, and nervous. You've felt that way every day since you saw Jean Kristein...you've had this major crush on this boy you have dreamed about for the last 3 months. you try to build the courage to tell him how you felt, but instead just find an excuse to not talk to him. You see him walking down in the halls and your heart rate starts to speed up again. Just like any other day you're to shy to even talk to Jean. The love of your life. Even though he was popular, and you were just some ordinary girl, you still wanted to tell him how you felt. You've had these feeling for the past 3 months and you try to find the courage to tell him finally.

The bell rings and he walks into his classroom he had with you. You, again take a deep breath and prepare yourself for the worst possible senecio. You walk in and you see him sitting at his desk looking bored. You quickly make your way to your seat which was exactly behind him. You close your eyes and ready for class to begin.

The bell rings and you stand from your seat and follow behind everyone else. You look in the hall ways and look for Jean. You see him walking to his locker to put his books away and you walk up to him. 'you'll do fine...don't walk away like last time' you think to yourself.

"J-jean..." you say in a whisper. He looks at you and smiles.
"Hey (y/n)." just his voice gives you butterflies.
"I-I have something to tell you.." Again in a whisper.
"I-I-I love you Jean...!" You say in a hushed voice. You don't dare to look up afraid of what you might see.
"(Y/n)...I'm sorry but, I don't feel the same way...I'm sorry..." he closes his locker and walks away from you. You gasp a faint one. A tear rolls down your cheek and you fall on your knees.
'O-of course...why was I stupid enough to think he'd love me back...?'

___A few years later___

It's been 5 years since you last seen Jean. But he somehow managed to invite you to his wedding day. It breaks your heart a little to hear he was getting married to a girl that wasn't you. He was marrying Mikasa Ackerman. You rush to the chapel in your white dress and 1 inch high heels. You run, but your didn't want to come. You run, but you don't want to see him marry someone that's not you. You run, because you never had let go of your feelings toward him. You run, but you don't make it in time. You walk up the steps of the chapel and extend your hands to open the door and a wave of memories come flooding in. Your hands fall to your side and you stare at the white door. You can hear the preacher talking saying their final "I do." You hear the preacher say, "if there is anyone who would object that these two are not meant for each other, please come forward and speak now, or forever hold your peace." You want to object, but you don't. You step away from the door and walk to a near by tree. You stand there and wait for him and his new wife to come out.

The doors open and there he is, Jean and Mikasa, hand in hand, smiling. You try to be happy for them, you try so hard to do, but fail. He notices you under the tree and smiles. He waves in your direction then leads his wife into a limo. You wave a small wave and smile a sad smile. He's officially out of your life. And you did nothing to stop it. You sit down in the soft grass and wait for everyone to leave. A tear rolls down your pale skin and you wipe it away. But more start to spill and you can't stop them. You cry for the boy that would never return your love. You think again how someone like you didn't deserve to be with someone like him. you remember that he was popular and you were just the girl that stood there. Footsteps approach your small form but you continue to cry in your arms.
"(Y/n)?" Someone says behind you. You jump at the sound of your name being called. You wipe away Your tears as best you could and turn around to see Eren. You smile, well try to.
"H-hey Eren." your voice cracks a little. Eren had been your best friend since high school and after that. You went to the same coffee shop every Monday and you two would help each other out. You were basically his sister to him and him your brother. You two were close and he would always find a way to make you smile. But you brush off the tears and pretend everything is fine, just like everyday pretending every thing is fine.
"Why are you crying? Who made you cry? I'll beat them up for making you cry!" He looks around for the person that made you cry, but that person is already long gone. (sorry this is so sad and depressing)
"N-no! Eren! No one made me cry. I'm fine. Thank you."You say in your hushed voice.
His face softens.
He gives you a "I don't believe you" sort of look, and takes a seat next to you.
"You're lying. I know you're lying. I feel offended that you would think I wouldn't know you're lying to me and yourself." he says. And you know it's true. You are lying to him and yourself. Another tear rolls down your cheek.
"I'm sorry." you apologize.
"Don't be sorry, I'm here for you, and I always will. You don't have to lie to me. You can tell me anything...Did Jean do this to you?" He asks. And you gasp a little at the sound of his name.
"Damn that horse face..I don't care if he is married to Mikasa, I'll kill him for making you cry. He's broken you heart and I will fix it no matter what." he pretends to roll up his sleeves and you smile.
"I think Mikasa would beat you up first before you even get to Jean." you laugh.
He pouts.
"Yeah, but still!" He says. it was always like him to never give up, and You admired that. He always held a special place in your heart but you still kept loving jean. You felt ashamed for being foolish. When ever you were sad he would be there right by your side, and when you laughed he was always the one to make you laugh. Another tear escaped your eyes but it wasn't because of jean. It was because you were to blind to see Eren always loved you. and you cry because you loved someone, that wasn't there for you.
"Eren...thank you." he gives you a confused look.
"For what?"
"Always being there for me...and I'm sorry.."
"I'll always be here for you no matter what. What are you apologizing for?"
"...For not noticing it sooner..." you look up and smile. He's shocked, but smiles. You could see a hint of pink on his cheeks.
"...(Y/n), I'll always be here...just know that...i will always love you..." he finally says.
"I love you too, you idiot." you smile and kiss him. His face is flustered but he returns the kiss.
"I will love you...Always... You, stupid..." He says.
"What do you say we get some pizza? I'm starving..." You give him a confused look.
"...With ice cream..." You say..he smirks.
"Of course...nothing fixes a broken heart better than ice cream."

Just saying my favorite ice cream is Strawberry(°ο°) it's delicious. Anywhore, again I'm very sorry for not posting but much more will be posted very very very very soon so don't worry potatoes! *does dramatic pose*
