Creating a hybrid from all across fiction

Brace yourselves for a hybrid to end all hybrids. Today, I'll be making the ultimate hybrid, using creatures (I know) from all sorts of media. But first, I gotta establish some prohibiters.

1. No moon to planet-destroying creatures or races: So beings like Fatalis (Who in lore has such statements), Saiyans, Namekians, Viltrumites, Frost Demons, or whatever Boros was, etc. I do this because I already have a pretty strong creature in mind, but I also don't want it to be too overpowered.

2. No enhancements. If it ain't based on strength or strength within the natural achievement of any of the creatures on their own, then it won't count. So no doing what Cecil did to Hail Mary before he sent her to fight Nolan.

3. Extended canon stuff counts.

4. Creatures used need to have actual DNA, otherwise I could just read through Yu Hi Oh cards and pick whatever.

5. No civilized races. So just monsters.

That's all I'm doing to limit myself, that way I still can have some fun with it. Also, this is not being made to be congruent or realistic, this is me making a fictional monstrosity from anything I can think of.

For a starting base, I had some difficulty, but finally concluded most beneficial to this monster.

As a base genome, the Godzillasaurus from Minus One adds a pretty competent frame already, but also gives insane regeneration

As a base genome, the Godzillasaurus from Minus One adds a pretty competent frame already, but also gives insane regeneration. This thing survived the Bikini Atoll only from its regeneration reacting and healing him fast enough. With such incredible, quick regeneration, this hybrid would need to be hit with forces multiple folds stronger than it just to kill it or leave lasting damage.

Brachiosaurus from Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter. I know the initial thought may be apparent, but let me tell you it's not, so stop thinking about it. I'm choosing the behemoth of a herbivore, because it is the only creature in the canon that is immune to all weapons in the game, being undisturbed even if all clips are unloaded. This is due to its tough hide, but more importantly, what I want from this, is its iron bones. If these increase in strength with the hybrid as we continue adding, these bones would practically be unbreakable, added to the healing factor, and we've got already a pretty tough beast, but we're far from finished.
