Hello

hey guys its been a while since ive logged into here

its okay, im not here to spread bad news or say that im quitting, actually im just saying that im thinking to do the opposite

ive been getting back into writing, but not for eddsworld per se - eddsworld fanfiction was really a way to just explore writing in a fun and indulgent way for a while until i picked up an iterest in certain other fandoms (but im still very much involved with EddsW!)

i actually have been meaning to perhaps start a new book

this one is going to exclusively be about my fic 'to say the least'

im planning to rewrite the entire script from scratch, extracting certain elements from it, but basically revamping it into a newer, better and more fleshed out story

ive had this thought on my mind for possibly years, but didnt know how to go about it. i know its still essentially missing one chapter (the ehem promised threesum) but it genuinely just felt wrong, and i think the story sort of lost its premise by the end

literally no one has asked for me to do this

but its been BUGGING me for the longest time - like an irritating itch i cant seem to scratch no matter how hard i try to ignore it

i just feel it would have a lot of potential if i could gahd damn rewrite it from the beginning

so i want to do this

i may post some more things in this book still as i have many drafts in line, but im hoping to make them...shorter...smaller...like tasters lol

the new 'to say the least' will be more mature, perhaps even darker. undecided yet if it will need a dead dove warning lol because ive been super into dark angst lately, but just know that you should be expecting some serious ooc content lol

anyhow, thats all for now, sorry if you were finally expecting a decent update, but alas - its just this burntout author attempting to reanimate the dead with my only legacy being that specific fic as my purpose
