You have been taking nursing major at college and successfully graduated with the medical degree. Now you have been working as a nurse at the hospital checking on the patients and updating their conditions.

One day, the white and orange ambulance (ratchet) truck drove at your hospital bringing raf into the emergency room. As you can see, megatron had struck raf into unconsciousness by dark energon. You and the other doctors bring raf to life for countless hours until raf finally got the heartbeat.

That night, as you are clocking out, you see a stranger (ratchet in human disguise) standing by.

Ratchet: y/n. Is it?
You: I am.
Ratchet: I just uhhh.... heard you saved a boy's life and he wants to say thank you.
You: tell him it's our job to save a life.

As you drive away in your car, ratchet smiles hoping he would see you again.
