Chapter 24

DANIELLE'S POV~

Nico tried to pull me into a hug and kiss me but I punched him in the face. "Go to Tartarus." I spat. Everyone that wasn't in Tartarus with me was confused.

"He cheated on her." Zoe said through clenched teeth. Everyone turned towards him as Nico tried to sneak away.

"My dad managed to get an Iris Message from me to Nico and I see him doing another girl, like seriously?" I yelled in frustration. "I was forced down there and then you go and cheat on me, with a mortal girl no less!!"

"Nico, you better have a good explanation or else I might just kill you." Bianca said, stepping to the front. Nico's jaw dropped as he saw his sister that died when he had only discovered he was a demigod a few days before.

"B-Bianca?" Nico asked in disbelief.

"Dani saved Zoe and I from Gaea and her evil minions. They brought us back to life to be part of their army but forgot to have us pledge allegiance before we ran away." Bianca said, nudging my shoulder. I smiled and took Zoe's hand.

Nico took a step towards Bianca and she allowed a quick hug but pulled back and went to stand by Anna. "Sorry to intrupt this, but we need to defeat Gaea." Piper McLean said.

"Oh sorry, some of you don't know me. I'm-" I started.

"Danielle Bella Scarlet, total hottie and Daughter of Apollo." Leo Valdez said, walking forward and eyeing me up.

"You keep staring at my girlfriend and you'll lose your eyes." Zoe threatened. His eyes widened as he backed away.

"GIRLFRIEND?!" Nico screamed. I glared a him and created a ball of fire in my hand.

"Speak out again and you burn." I growled. He gulped and nodded, scared of me. He should be, he cheated on me with a mortal girl, he deserves it.

"I'm Piper McLean, Jason's girlfriend." Piper said, shaking my hand. I smiled at her and she smiled back. We seem like we're going to be good friends.

"I can tell you so many embarrassing stories about Jason when we defeat Gaea." I said with a smirk. Piooer looked at Jason with a smile.

"I would love to hear that." Piper said as Jason groaned in annoyance and embarrassment. We all laughed.

"And you know me, Prince Charming." Jason said with a regal look. Piper hit him in he shoulder and he tried to conceal his pain but he winced. I gave her a high five with all the other girls. Percy, Leo and Jason just agreed with each there. Nico had disappeared but I really didn't care.

"Would you move it! We have to get Nico to shadow travel and deliver the Athena Parthenos-who are you guys?" Coach Hedge asked as he walked over us, trying to get us to move.

"Come on Coach Hedge, you don't recognize me?" Percy asked. Gleeson rushed and hugged the life out of Percy and Anna.

"Please don't kill them Gleeson." I asked. His head whipped around. "Miss me?" And the he attacked me in a vicious hug.

"Elle!" Gleeson yelled in glee. I was the first demigod he got to camp. He may be 106 years old, but he worked in the Camp forest till I was 10 and he came and got me in one of the places my dad was for work. It's one of his headquarter in New York and Gleeson didn't realize it so when he sensed me as a demigod with my bodyguards in the city, he took me to camp. Dad didn't realize I was taken to camp till 3 days later when he was about to send nearly the whole camp to look for me. I protected Gleeson and he was made a protector to protect other demigods and lead them to camp.

"Hey protector." I said and hugged the 5'0 satyr.  "Umm.... So funny story, I made Nico scat because he cheated on me and he ran away in fear. So I'm going to have to deliver the Athena Parthenos." Gleeson immediately let go of me.

"You did what?!" He yelled. I looked away in guilt and he pulled my chin towards him. "He cheated on you?" Gleeson asked softly. I nodded as tears appeared in my eyes. He pulled me into a hug as a few tears slipped down my cheeks. "I'll pound him." I laughed at Gleeson's threat and pulled away.

"I need to take Zoe and Bianca with me. We aren't part of the prophecy, well besides me killing my sibling." I said, my voice wavering at the thought of Reyna.

"Oh yeah, who was your sibling?" Jason asked. "A random person?" I shook my head no and walked into Zoe's arms, crying. Anna and Bianca pulled me into a hug with Zoe as I sobbed.

"It was Reyna." Percy said, his voice hard. Jason froze at the idea.

"But I thought she was-"

"A daughter of Bellona?" Anna cut in. Jason nodded.

"She tricked Bellona and deceived the gods to do Gaea's work." Percy said. I broke out of the hug and slammed into my best friend, Percy. He held me as I cried and everyone looked in shock at who I went to cry.

"We'll rest for the night, Dani, Zoe and Bianca need to rest before she flashes to Camp Half-Blood." Percy said and picked me up in his arms, bridal-style. Zoe and Anna didn't care. I sniffled as I fell asleep to the talking, or should I say yelling, of my friends about Nico.
