Mal
Today was the day I give Ben the love spell.
In a way, a part of me is screaming not to do it.
I decide not to listen to it.
That voice can't make me do what it wants.
Ben is talking to Chad and Audrey at his locker.
"Mal? I don't know about this, this place isn't so bad." Jay says.
I frown.
"What are you talking about! Your bad news! Long live evil! Snap out of it." I say.
He has a far away look then smiles.
"Thanks Mal. I needed that." He says walking away.
I hear my name and look over to see all the girls waving at me.
I admire my work for the first time.
Wow. I did pretty good.
"Do you really think they paid for those?" I hear Audrey ask.
I scoff.
"I don't know." Ben replies.
"Ben! Don't you see! First its the hair! Then its the legs, then the lips, then where will I be?" She asks him in a desperate voice.
He doesn't answer.
"I'll se you after the game Benny boo." She says.
I have my opening line.
Once she leaves I put on a smirk.
"Hey Benny boo." I mock.
He smiles a little.
"Hey Mal." He says.
I hold up the plastic bag with the love spell cookie in it.
"I just made a batch of double chocolate chip cookies. Want one?" I ask him.
Fall for it.
"I have a game, I don't eat before a game." He says.
I looks down.
"Oh. I understand. Don't accept treats from villains. I guess everyone in Auradon knows that." I say sadly.
"That's not..." I cut him off.
"More for me I guess." I say sadly.
He takes the cookie from my hand and takes a bite.
I turn and look at all my friends.
