Violet's POV

holy actual shit he is taking me on a date. 11 year old Violet wouldn't approve this but since I'm not 11 I don't give a damn

that kind of thinking won't lead you to Harvard says the voice in my head

We are both in his car on our way to the sushi place he recommended to me, I'm kind of nervous but I feel like I'm hiding it pretty well because he hasn't made any sarcastic rude ass comments like the usuals he makes

"Why are you so quiet" he asked me turning his head to look at me even though he should be looking at the road

"First of all, eyes on the road" I told him as he smiled and changed the direction of his head

"And second of all, I'm pretty tired I mean we just did a whole research" I told him

"Oh okay, I just thought it was weird that you weren't babbling like you usually are" He told me laughing

"Oh okay then, do you want to talk about 9/11 conspiracy theories or about the fact that Jon Snow lives?" I asked him smiling, he began laughing probably at my GoT reference. He has a beautiful smile, and his laugh is just perfect

"Oh look here we are" He said driving into the small sushi place's parking lot, There was many people inside i'm not gonna lie

We both got out the car and we walked together to the sushi place, he opened up the door for me to enter and we sat down at the first table of 2 that we saw, It was a small place with many people inside and there were many paintings on the walls, someone took our orders right away and we both asked for what we wanted

"Hey do you know about the party tomorrow" He asked me, A friend had told me about it and I planned on going

"Oh yeah, the one in Cross Valley right" I asked him

"Yeah so, I was wondering if you wanted to go with me" he asked me bitting his lip

what am I supposed to answer, should I say yes? should I say no? I can't go on a date with him this quickly, and then people will start judging me, and my friends would definitely laugh at me or something, I can't say yes

"No" I told him, his eyes totally just changed of color, his cheeks were bright red and his mouth was partly opened and he had a sad expression on his face

"I can't go with you because I already have a date to the party" I told him Totally lying

I was going alone, but I just lied to him and told him I was busy so that I could get off without making him feel 100 percent sad I guess

"Fine" he said sitting back at his chair, he went from sad to mad, I didn't like him mad

"Here are your orders" said a small lady who brought our sushi to the table

He both began eating but we didn't talk, It was all awkward and tense, We interlocked eyes like 20 times because we were both looking back at each other

We kind of finished at the same time and he quickly payed the check not changing that mad expression from his face

I was getting chilly and I didn't bring a jacket, but then Chandler, he was wearing the school uniform including the school blazer

"I'm cold" I told Chandler, he looked at me in the eye and I could literally read their pain, I'm really sorry I said no but I just couldn't say yes

He stood up and walked behind my chair and he helped me with the blazer. that means he is not completely mad at me :)

Chandler's POV

I mean yeah, I'm pissed right now but I wasn't going to let her freeze, I wasn't going to let anything happen to her no matter how mad I was at her I mean

I love her

And I can't change that, I wish I could but I can't
