The home was decorated with pumpkins, and fall decor all around. Phoebe and Lucy had decorate her whole home, and the outside. Tim didn't care for Halloween, he was the type of guy to shut the lights off and lay in bed. But, Phoebe insisted that they decorated their house, and hand out candy. She had even went out and bought Beau a bumble bee costume.
Tim had been secretly planning a baby shower with the help of Lucy. After everything that Phoebe had went through the last few months, she deserved it. Phoebe was now 7 months pregnant, she was nearing the end of her pregnancy, and she couldn't wait.
Her belly was bigger, her ankles swollen, and her boobs had grown two cup sizes. She was going through it, and the mood swings made her want to curl into a ball and cry. Tim was being as supportive as he could be. He knew when to give her space, and when to help her. She didn't complain when he would rub her feet and give her bubble baths.
Currently Phoebe had finished setting up the last candy bowl, as she placed it on the counter. Tim looks over at her with a smirk as he picks up the large bar "Wow, king size bars?" He asks her. She nods her head with a laugh "Yeah, this house isn't giving mini sizes" she tells him. Tim laughs "How are you feeling this morning?" He asks her. Pheobe had felt extremely better this morning, she had taken the time to do her hair, and some light makeup. She was actually glowing.
"Good, thankful for maternity pants" she says with a laugh. Tim laughs and carries both his bath, and Phoebe's as they leave the house.

The team sits in the briefing room, as the station is lightly decorated with Halloween decor. Phoebe sits on the side of Lucy, as both Tim and Sergeant Grey stand upfront. "All right. Nolan... Can you tell me what today is and what ACH stands for?" He asks.
Nolan holds his hands out as he anticipates a piece of candy "Today is Halloween, and I have no idea what ACH stands for" he says. Nolan scoffs "No candy for partial answers. Harper?" Harper looks over at him "Anything can happen. Basically a reminder to be extra careful 'cause today is Halloween and Halloween is unpredictable." She explains as she catches a piece of candy.
Grey nods her head "Correct. And since Officer Thorsen has range qualifications today, you're back riding with Nolan." He explains to her.
Lucy raises her hand "Uh, what kind of unpredictable can we expect today?" She asks.
"Good question, Chen" Grey says, as Tim takes over "Lot of liquid courage. Lot of 211's. Teenagers snatching little kids' candy. Masked people running into liquor stores. Do they have a gun, or are they just late for a party? Muzzle discipline is critical."
