It's been three days since the full moon incident and everything was just starting to calm down. Though I hadn't seen much of Derek, I expected that. I forced him to heal up since he was beaten up pretty bad. I told him to stay home, stay out of the picture for a little while. Apparently, Ms. Blake had thought to do the same. We had a sub the past two days, and he claimed that Ms. Blake was out of town, but she'd be back today. And that's why I was at school particularly this early. I was going to have a little chat with the young, terrified teacher...even if I didn't like her. Not that I thought she was going to parade around the school exclaiming what happened the other night, it was just that she had to understand she couldn't tell a soul of what she saw. Besides taking care of a terrified teacher who just took an exit off reality and sped full force right into supernatural-ville, we had another murderer on our hands. Like we didn't have enough to deal with right? A pack of blood-thirsty Alphas, Derek's long lost sister who he thought was dead returning, and trying to figure out what happened with Erica, we had some psycho going on a murdering spree. But said psycho was making it interesting, and not just chopping people off at random, he was killing virgins...at least according to Stiles that's what was going on. I was probably going to be one of the next victims since the school was so freaking empty at this hour. Seriously, why did teachers come in so early? I was the only one walking the hallways. Great. For it being like 7:30 AM, which was basically dawn to me, I didn't hear much in the school. Besides the clicking of my booties against the shiny linoleum, it was pretty silent. Click, click, click, thump. Click, thump, click, click....I could hear someone else's shoes other than mine. And suddenly, the overwhelming sensation what someone was stalking nearby came over me. But I continued walking for several more seconds until I stopped.

"Whoever's trying to follow me, you're not doing a very good job of it." I called. Turning around, I wasn't to surprised to see Derek a few feet away. "Good morning to you too." I smiled with the raise of my brows.

"What are you doing here?" he asked walking over to me.

"Extra help. Apparently I'm not doing that great in English. Who knew?" I shrugged.

"Katherine," Derek sighed, "what are you doing here?" He repeated.

"I could ask you the same thing." I suggested, "or maybe you just wanted to see me. But I have a feeling you're not here to deliver me my early morning coffee."

"You came to talk to her." Derek realized.

"Like you didn't," I scoffed, "What are we supposed to do? Let it go? I can't just let her walk around just knowing what she saw. She needs the slightest bit of an explanation. And I need to do it in a way where she wont run away screaming from me when I walk in for first period." Derek huffed out air and raised his brows. "So did you come here to shut her up or does good humanitarian 'let's-pick-the-full-moon-to-be-a-martyr' Derek have other plans?"
